I've never been to Thailand / Bangkok before and this is my only open window: a Wednesday from 1:30 pm-3:30 pm.

I've never had a Nuru massage, or visited a BJ Bar, but plenty of massages. I'm looking for specifics; like Mango, Vovo, Addicts, Doki Doki, Aurtora, Snow White?

I'd love to visit Nana Plaza, but the bars don't open until later. So if you had one (maybe 2 if I'm lucky! To experience something fun in Bangkok, where would you go?

If you're willing to use a motorbike taxi, install the Grab or Bolt app on your phone, and these places will be easily available regardless of traffic within 20 minutes, including the time it takes to wait for the motorbike. I'd recommend selecting one shop, e. G. Mango, and then you will have several other options also within a few minutes of walking if nobody there takes your fancy. Most pretty girl I saw in August was at Princess Massage, for what it's worth. Many other sex-shops available further down that soi too. Then use the same taxi app to get a motorbike taxi back once finished.

It seems that Soi 4/ Nana is only 8 min by taxi / Uber and Mango is only 11 minutes away from the Waldorf but during heavy traffic, Google Maps says it can take up to 45 minutes. It may be better to walk! I'm ok paying a premium on Soi 4 for a hottie but I thought the massage parlors past Nana were ladyboy joints?

I also got my day wrong. My window will be a Friday from 12:30 - 3:30.

I could also play it safe and just walk from the Waldorf to Chao9 massage, which according to some reviews, provides handys but I was hoping to do more.

But beware the choices will be shit unless you are willing to pay out the bigger $'s asked in the Soi 4 massage shops.

Okay dudes. I'm wondering if anybody here has experience at the Paikanyai Bar-Restaurant. Looks interesting. I get the impression that it is a combo of a go-go bar, KTV, Thermae, "club", restaurant, and bar. I'm not sure if the gals are freelancers or paid staff. Or a combination. I don't know if they are available for fun and games outside of the venue.

From what I've gathered, it is 99% Asian patrons. In videos, I had to look hard to see any gal less than a 5 or 6, with many in the 6-8 range. And a few scattered 9's.

Paikanyai is, from what I gather, about 30 minutes from Sukhumvit / Soi 23. Before I invest in my time to get there, I'the like to read comments from any members if they've been there.

Good decision! Your 1st walk down Walking Street, Pattaya will literally blow your mind. It is an adult theme park for men. I wanted to send you a private message, but you lack the membership status. No big deal. Just check out Pin Up Go Go around 9 pm. It is one of my favorite bars in Pattaya. It is not cheap, but they have a great lineup of talented girls so it is a perfect starting point for you. Read up on this Go Go and a few other highly rated Go Go's before you arrive in Thailand, so you will kind of know what to expect although you won't really because you have to experience it to know it. Be friendly, get a good seat, and try to wait until you spot the right girl. You will know her when you see her. 555. Then ask her over for a drink. She will handle the rest of the audition. Dude, that's not a lot of time. It also depends where in Bangkok you are at that moment. Sometimes it'll take you 2 hours just to get from point A to be in the big mango.

Your best bet all depends on the vicinity of where you are. Say you're at the cowboy area, then your best bet are the massage places by Terminal 21. You could take the BTS from asok to phrom phong and go for a quick one in one of the massage joints, but then you'd really be pressed for time to make your way back. Even if you're relying on a scooter taxi to get you to where you want to go, it'll be a tight one. And I ain't talking about the chick either! Hah!

I missed out on this one, since it opened post 2022, but many good things are said about Butterflies massage in Phrom Phong and it's 2 other sister locations. I think one is called Princess and there's another one, don't remember the name.

1) Do you have a sense of price range per night (of recent stays and if you remember the guest policy)?

2) I am now considering staying somewhere between Soi Cowboy and Nana Plaza. And perhaps using short term motels / hotels when needed (I generally do this for safety but it might be unnecessary in SEA? I assume that's the area you mean? Though I am getting the sense prices in Thailand (and other SEA countries) are actually quite high compared to LaTam?

3) FYI: I'm a bit on odd and I love the heat. But I also love being right in the zone (cheapest action zone I can find ideally). I will visit the expensive areas too but would rather not stay there if possible. For some context, and if you are familiar with Medellin, I've stayed both right by Parque Lleras and Botero Plaza but would rather be right near Botero Plaza (cheaper but a bit more dangerous, dirty, etc).

4) Any other info you might have on SEA would be appreciated. I plan to visit Vietnam too. I was considering other countries like Cambodia, Laos, and maybe the Philippines but I am not so sure they would be much cheaper than Vietnam? I read India can be quite cheap but that also seems like an entirely 'nother beast. My trips are entirely focused on low cost for everything (food, accommodations, entertainment, etc). And I'm not in a rush. This trip in SEA will be 6 months long. Maybe longer if I like it, maybe a little less if I really hate it (doubtful though. I will just explore other countries if Vietnam + Thailand are really not my thing).

People will disagree, but in my opinion and in my own personal experience, Phrom Phong is where it's at. In one of my older Bangkok trips where I did wrong, I stayed too far from the main road and too far from any of the action. My last trip I did some actual research and stayed literally right by where all the massage places in Phrom Phong are. And right by that area were 2 malls, which gave me access to everything one could need in Bangkok. Sim cards, phones, currency exchange, atms, food courts, condoms, sidegra, sunscreen and so much more. Granted the sidegra was to be found in a small mom and pop pharmacy nearby the mall, but the point is the mall is the beating heart of getting anything done in Bangkok. Odds are it'll be at a BTS station too.

I'm super old, but I spent my nights walking to Soi Cowboy, and Nana. And then back again to Phrom Phong. Not to mention all the massage places in between Phrom Phong and Cowboy. And nearby terminal 21.

So besides the cardio from fucking hot Thai chicks, you get plenty of exercise from the walking too. And if you get tired of going that way, if you walk the other way is nearby Thonglor which also has some massage places. I always swear by Phrom Phong. And if you care about parks, there's benchasiri park literally right there. And a small little tokyo type area where I got my haircut.

Since I was last there, apparently another mall has opened. The Emsphere. I tell ya dude, by Beelzebubs balls, if I ever get to go back to Bangkok again, I'm staying at or near Phrom Phong. Granted the hotel I stayed at wasn't the greatest, checking out time they gave me some hassle, but overall it was good. But Phrom Phong has so many affordable options, hotels, service apartments, etc. You'll be spoiled for choice. Next time the cheaper options are for me cause I ain't getting escorts or bargirls anymore, so I won't be needing anything too nice. If there's a next time for me, it'll just be massage places. That's it. I'm done with the escorts, and the nana cowboy bar girls. My experiences with them over the years have just been ok. And nowadays they're no longer budget friendly. With the chicks in massage places, it's still well within what I can afford and am willing to pay.

Though, I'm hearing good things about patpong these days. And that's the other thing, with the BTS, patpong is just a short subway ride away. And you can't go wrong with Grab. I tell ya dude, the best parts of my last trip was the fact that when I got up, after I had a good meal at the mall, I just walked over to the massage places and took my time picking where I wanted to go, and which chick I wanted to fuck. It was heaven. It reminded me of my Geylang days, but cheaper. It reminded me of my Bahnhofsviertel days, but cleaner. It was like my Prague days, but hotter. Like my London Soho days, but much less stair climbing.

Then I had dinner, and repeat. On some nights to change it up, I would go to nana, cowboy or patpong. But most nights, it was just Phrom Phong. I read that the girls of my favorite haunt have moved closer to terminal 21, which is still fine by me, cause from everything I've read, there's so many new places that have opened up since 2022. And they're all mostly located between Phrom Phong and Nana.

By Beelzebubs balls, just talking about this makes me want to go back so bad. But I just can't. Not meant to be in 2024. Woe is me. Woe is me.
