I definitely don't recommend BB with Thai hookers, or any hookers. But 200 milligrams of doxycycline after the deed could be a good idea. A doctor once prescribed 30 days of doxycycline for me for malaria prevention, so I suspect it's OK to take it occasionally. I've taken a one gram dose of azithromycin after fucking a civilian (nonpro) when I was afraid of taking something back to the girlfriend. These may work for chlamydia, gonorrhea and syphilis.

You should get the Hepatitis B and, perhaps depending on age, HPV vaccines. You could look into PREP for HIV if you're on the paranoid side.

What's the "Thai travel clinic"?

It's a place I went to in Bangkok on the day I left Pattaya and went to Bangkok to catch the train to Udon Thani. It's a vaccine clinic that offers all different kinds of vaccines. They have everything from vaccines for STDs to Dengue Fever and JE Vaccines.
