For the agency question, personally, I've used several agencies managers. I would say its not about the agency / manager, its about the lineup and women they have. Cat Dubai, Slavic Dolls, Dubai Kiss, Cat Dubai, seem to be prominent. But personal managers can also provide the same exact girls.

But managers/agencies are usually for caucasians. In my opinion. Arabic, Asian, African, etc you can find plenty of independents and freelancers who are much cheaper. Anytime an agency/manager is involved, the price gets inflated as they get their cut.

Thank you. I'm lucky that I happen to work close to dubia via a 2 hour flight. The main thing, for me, is I'm lazy and only do weekend trips so I will spend hours looking at escort ads and contacting managers before I pull the trigger. Actual top nightclubs (Club Blu) in dubai are expensive, loud, crowded, and require table reservations (top night clubs do not allow single men, only couples and mixed groups).
