There are currently 3 go-go bars in Nana that have full nudity that I'm aware of and there are probably more. Geshia in the tub, Angelwitch on stage and Spankys during shows.

As you stated there are also several in Soi Cowboy. Crazy House, Suzy Wong and Long Gun that I know of and in Baccara the girls are topless with short skirts and no underwear.

Sounds like you have never actually every been to a gogo in nana as you would know then (from simple observation) that your estimations are complete nonsense.
