2) sounds like a normal massage shop price for one of the more expensive options. Massage shops have fixed prices and except some girls may give so poor service it may seem like a rip-off sometimes, going there is mostly safe as far as getting ripped of is concerned.

For both 1) and 3) you probably vastly overpaid, unless the taxi driver took you to one of the really posh places that do exist here, in which case it could cost something like that, yes. You'd notice if it was, because you'd think "wow, this place is really posh. Completely different from 2)". Better read this forum better first next time, to get an estimate over what you should pay.
