Pattaya is the cheapest in Thailand.

Most Thai villages don't have a mongering scene. And, if they did, no English.

That's not at all true for Thai men, and especially so in Isaan where the culture and language are basically shared with Laos.

The number of Thai men I know, and the number of true situational stories I have been told about this both in Phuket and Isaan, are numerous.

I know so many where they have a wife and family and have elso a known about, seen and accepted with them mia noi.
