I'd be a little more specific if I were you. Thai women will not know what you're talking about with "real sex". I always say "boyfriend-girlfriend sex" as lead and then get specific. Kissing, no condom, you wear lingerie I brought etc. Work no condom in don't focus on it. There are so many choice in BKK better to be specific. If one says "no" then move along.
