I think he still does own Windmill. Last time I saw him was a couple of years ago. I was messing with the cashier at Windmill and went to surprise her at work. When I was trying to pull on Windmill's door. He came out from the Windmill across and said they were in the midst of doing renovations and to come into that one. That happened to be the side the chicked worked in anyway. I told him that we are still waiting for him to open Lone Star again.

Nice to know, I remember Lone Star, price for a good baby back ribs dinner 179, in the end 375 hard to see making a profit paying the type of rent at that location along with the yearly key money. Not sure but at one time he owned ran next door fish and chip " jolly fair " sold a number of times final sale eating the new owners were a Thai couple who I knew ran illegal number etc. Purchase price 250,000 rent was 50,000 baht they not a clue as to how to run such a business. I didn't have the heart to tell them how many times it has been sold. Last owner Brit I had a disagreement as to how to make french fries they were oily and limp said that is how they supposed to be made. Luckily he found new owners who were more inept than him since he cooked the books. They do overpaid for a business already run to the ground.

Even before COVID hit it was close to closing after 6 month. Sadly COVID killed lots of cheap hole in the wall places to eat after rent and location were on the rise killed off what remain like the place " Surprise " I told the owners why Sukhumvit said rent price, I had suggested a hole in the wall location nearby rent higher but he would be able to keep his clientele. As you know he didn't last long on Sukhumvit.

I was doom scrolling and just kinda zoning in and out of my weekend nights of fear before having to go back to the office Monday and I came across the most interesting thing about Pattaya.

Did you guys know about the: Pattaya Flying Club?

It's the phenomenon of farangs that throw themselves off condos (hence the flying) to end their lives in the most spectacular way. Apparently, the past 2 years there have been quite a number of jumpers:

I mean, obviously some of these cases, they might have been pushed, or thrown over, but still. The point is that there seems to be a number of foreigners that go to Thailand to die. Digging in deeper to all this, I found a reddit thread where people spoke about one of my fav movies ever, Leaving Las Vegas, where Nic Cage ostensibly does this. He's given up on fighting his demons and his depression and his addictions and just wants to go out with a bang. Maybe that's what some of these jumpers are doing. I mean, if you got to go, why not go with a bang?

Granted, a lot of it has to do with the farangs running out of money because apparently their Thai girlfriends or wives wipe them clean financially. But that can't be true, just can't be true. Cause if it was true then why do more and more farang dudes show up to shack up with Thai chicks then? That's the very definition of insanity ain't it? Doing the same thing over and over again, expecting a different result.

Freelancers on BR ask for 1000 per shot, more if you are not Brad Pitt LOL.

Only one quoted 1200 and one had the audacity to ask for 1500 but she was quite pretty. Otherwise 1000 was standard, no tip paid and they were very happy.

Quite the Commotion on Soi 6 at 7. 20 pm Sunday night.

A moo daeng type girl was chasing a BBC towards Beach Road. The little Hippo was wearing a police type outfit and so we're her Pals.

She chased in Barefoot do was mega Angry. Anyone know what the BBC did.

I'm thinking not that big of a deal as Security was not on it. Hahaha.

This group owns the following, Skyfall, Lighthouse, Bliss or now Kaboom, Chicks, Farenhelt, Palace, not sure 79?

Prior to COVID l, there was an GoGo, called Panda location same as XS, they had a booth in the middle of club VIP, as far as I know there was no membership, I see these at 79, Shark, Chicks, can't remember where I saw a sign said reserved 10,000 baht?

There is also a group of guys that own / invest a bunch of clubs together LK, Destiny, Paradise, Catch Me location. I know most of the bars on Soi 6 and other Soi's have rooms upstairs for ST, but do any of the Gogo bars on say LK Metro have rooms upstairs?

I don't usually like taking the girls all the way back to my hotel room. I'd rather keep things on site.

There are ST rooms nearby, I not know of any in mind but if you walk out to Soi Baukhao turn left a few steps is one next to weed shop.

If you go down Soi Honey towards King Kong Burger small hotel call New Star also rooms if not full. There is also a ST place Soi Boomerang. Several also on Doi Pothole.

Yes, I recommend it. Along with almost any Gentleman's Club in Pattaya and Thai Friendly. No problem for me to find girls I find attractive enough to hire as my prostitute in Pattaya.

I don't know what 'membership fee' you guys are talking about. But I'm glad I've never had to pay it. I'm a very unlucky person, and I've been cursed throughout my entire life, but at the very least I don't get this fee. Why is that though? Aren't we all technically 'farangs' when in Thailand?

If you do not mind me asking, what is your ethnicity? I have read this fee is demanded from Indians only. Maybe middle-easterns too.

I've been to pinup many times and I would happily pay that fee to enter.

Good for you. I am early in my career and earning a third-world salary. It would physically hurt if I just blew that kind of cash.

I would consider paying this "fee" if they adjusted the amount in the actual bill. But they do not want that, no. They want me to just hand it to them. Racist scum.
