As a matter of commerce it is certainly well understood and accepted that paying more will get you more IF it is stipulated that additional payment purchases better service for you.

You've got to go there many times to experience it.

It has nothing to do with racism, that's just basic economics for the most, and some girls personnal preferences for others.

Most probably the "Asians only" girls didn't pay attention to you and you probably didn't see them but they are real.

It's not hard to understand the logic, when you see 2 Asian guys seated at a table, immediately ordering 10 tequilas for a girl just to seat with them at the same table. Easy to understand that some girls will only try to capitalize on these kind of guys.
