Jakarta is a very easy place to pick up civvs if you have the confidence and not too old. Offer to buy a drink and you very successful. Indo girls can sometimes be shy and not talkative. Probably is language. Some don't speak good english and hard to talks in nightclub. H Club is good. You can also check out TCC which is the same Senopati area. A bit more higher end.
