Upcoming trip and looking at various hotels. I came across this site which says that all hotels are girl-friendly.

Is this correct? And not many listed around bukit bintang or changat as might be expected if it's true.

Looking at lists on girl-friendly hotel sites.

They single out just the better ones and don't state the above for some reason which makes me think it's exaggeration.

Planning 3 days trip to kl next month. Can anyone tell me how much is the street rate for short time in kl bukit bintang currently. And any pointers where we can get the action.

You will be sorely disappointed. The fun days of the Beach Club are gone, it's stands in ruin on P. Ramlee as a reminder to the good times. Everything happens on Changkit BB, but it pales in comparison to what the Beach Club was like, and even what CBB used to be like. Now it's mostly the same old haggard Vietnamese ladies well past their use by date, and the odd chubby African. All the fun Filipinas have gone. Replaced by the hard sell Viet.

Just spent a couple of weeks sitting around on CBB and ignored them all. That would never have happened in the Beach Club, or when CBB was fun.

Basically, I go to KL these days and realize it is going to be crap, if it wasn't for work, I wouldn't be there. I sneak off to Jakarta at the weekend for fun. So I suggest you route thru there.

Thanks for the info. I was considering KL as Malaysia Airlines have direct flights to Auckland. The alternative is a direct Air New Zealand flight from Bali. I think you can get CGK. DPS - AKL on a single ticket, so could stop in Jakarta for a few days. Just hope the traffic has improved since last time I was there about 4 years ago.
