Prague and many other East EU countries are not the best place for going to (sex) clubs. There you best pickup "normal" girls from bar, restaurant, etc. Good clubs are rare (Neon might be your only choice, or Showpark, but both are not the best in the world I am afraid). Escorts is a possibility, but as you sy: you want to see before you buy!

Best place in EU is then to go Germany, Switzerland or Spain. And 1 or 2 clubs in Southeast NL (close to Germany). There are several good clubs there, with good looking and good performing girl and you can see before you buy. Actually, if you do basic research on local forums you can make pretty much sure you will get a good service in reputable massage parlors like Candy. Bait & switch is not a thing there, most likely the girl was just really sick or whatever else personal reason and did not make it to work. It can happen. Candy has the highest standards of all the Prague saloons and grand majority of their reviews on local forums is positive.

When you go to Germany, AVOID the tourist traps Berlin and Frankfurt. Make sure to do some of the most classic beer houses and the The Army Museum ŽIžkov, that's a world class attraction most people don't know about. As for mongering, if you are used to Latinas, nothing but bitter disappointment likely awaits you in Prague. You very well could get lucky in some of the privats, but the chances are low. A ton of scammers (bait & switch, fake photos) out there, good service is a rarity. You can't go wrong with the erotic massage scene though (Candy is my establishment of choice) but that's just a handjob with the occasional DATY and DFK (varies girl to girl and costs extra).
