To sum up, my experience is that there are tons of attractive women in Medellin available on Tinder, but it can be VERY time-consuming. A lot of these chicas won't reply for days or more between messages. And it can take quite a bit of back and forth with these messages to set up a meet, especially if you're looking for non-pros or aren't sure if the chica is a pro or not. This was similar to my experiences in Brazil and Peru as well, with women being very slow to respond on Tinder and time-consuming to set up actual meets. Like I said before, I only had a short time in Medellin for this trip, so this first disappointing experience didn't encourage me to immediately set up other meets off Tinder (although I might try again if I go back.) Concerning Immigration at MDE, my next trip, I will enter Colombia via Bogotá, not because of possible searches at MDE, but because MDE Immigration has multi-hour lines. Last time I went, there was only one person working Immigration at MDE.

In the Airbnb listings, "guests" refers to the renters (guests of the host). People who visit the apartment are referred to as "visitors". There are two areas in the listing to pay attention to. First is the description on the first page of the listing. Second is under "Things to know", "House rules" at the bottom of the listing. That's the only two places I've seen any restrictions listed. If neither of those places say anything about visitors, chances are very good that visitors are allowed without a problem. When you request to rent, you must agree to a statement from Airbnb which basically says they discourage sex tourism, but it doesn't say it is prohibited.

One of the places that I stay has the "No sex tourism" stuff but when I got their I got a wink and a nod from security after I gave him some money.
