Soi Excite (Soi Chaloem Phrakiat 23 Alley) is the curved street to the left of Soi Chaiyapoon (Soi 25) if you are on Soi Buakhao. Excite Club is on that street, alomng with some girlie bars.

I see Superrich now have a branch in Pattaya but rates are not quite as good as the Rajdamri 1 Head Office. Their website does not list Suwannaphum (BKK) airport. .
