The only ones I saw mentioned in my pre-trip research were Casanova and Kira Kira.

Casanova, GFE, Kira Kira and Etoile I think have been reviewed in the last couple of months.

Kira Kira and GFE aren't actually in Tokyo though.

I like Casanova, I am a big fan of the service for the price point, and you don't need any Japanese.

There are three icons in top right corner. Line, WhatsApp and Talk. Click whichever one you want to use. That's on the desktop. On mobile look under menues maybe.

That said, it's not like a tiny area. Yoshiwara is pretty damn big, with houses and businesses in between the soaplands too. I know there are 100+ soaplands in Yoshiwara. I think it's actually over 125. They're spread over like a 2 block by 8 block area, and some of the blocks are damn big.

Not every yoshiwara soapland is okay with foreigners. I think most of them are not. Maybe 20 are.

Some like Casanova make it very easy. Others they might give you a choice of 1 or 2 girls, depending on if they like your look and race or not. Plus some girls just won't do certain guys (certain countries or colors). A benefit of a place like Casanova is you are 100% getting access and 100% getting fucked by the same kind of girl as the Japanese guy who walks in right after you. Some other places give you the girl no one wants.

Most soaplands will require foreigners to book 1 or 2 hours. This is because they're busy and booked up and don't benefit much from guys making short time visits.

Some cheaper and older soaplands will let you do short bookings, but you get less service and girls tend to be worse. Just an average, it's not always true, as you said you got a good one in Yokohama.

If you're planning on just walking in with no reservation, you're not going to get any "line up". What you're going to get is the leftovers no one else picked, probably 1 or 2 girls to choose from. You'll choose them from pictures on cards they show you, assuming they have anyone available. At a popular soapland, maybe no girls to choose from at all.

Normally you make an appointment 1-7 days before you visit a soapland in Yoshiwara.

All you have to do is get to Minowa Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line. It's like 5 minutes from Ueno, 30 minutes from Shinjuku, 40 from Shibuya, 20 from Tokyo Station. So well in touch for easy commute for basically anyone in Tokyo.

You can also get there pretty easy from Nippori Station, Ueno Station, Uguisudani Station or Asakusa Station. Good soaplands will even pick you up from those stations.
