Tonight (01-23-26) we went to Santa Fe about 9:20 -- walking around nice girls on the street for sure. Walking north on CR16 I see the security shutting the door at Troya, got a bit further to the corner and there were tons of people and cops on CL 24. The cops were shittung down 24 and we walked around past 16 a there were 2 ambulances and more cops. All the clubs were closed. The whole block was shut down -- Walking around there were wa few hotels shutting down. I had heard when we were near Troya there was a bomb.

Later I talked to a talked to a store owner who told me it was a grenade attack. We saw 3-4 more ambulances and special detective cars coming in.

My guess it's a war. I heard there are fatalities-- guess we will know later today-.

I could have been in there as a friend of mine came over at 8 and I had been sleeping so it took a while to get ready to go --had I been ready we may have been in Troya-- I usually will go in there first.

I have done seeking in Bogota a few times. It works because you can vet the girls better. I try to be careful about the ladies from Venezuela. And I usually make sure I get the girls in the pictures. Most are just cool vibes and you can get better service if you can establish a good connection. That being said it will cost. I can personally vouch for Bangkok, Pattaya, Hua Hin, Panama City. Frequent monger to these places. Sensual GFE is the standard in my experience.

Good: The prices for FS there can ran from $32 up to $112 usd which is what I was quoted the casa's were around $32 to $60 bucks.

Bad: The quality of service. This is primarily about the women in Parque Lleras even though it rained every night I was out there some nights I'd see well over 70 chicas coming and going and a lot in the clubs when it would rain. Now in total I picked and layed with 5 from Lleras and overall I feel I didn't get what I paid for and was only content with the 1st one the other 4 had to me major flaws whether ones pu*sy was smelling bad, another had a yeast infection resulting in cottage cheese on my condom covered cock, or them not wanting to give great service (These were the expensive girls).

I had one from Lleras the hottest girl of my trip and the one I was hoping the most for tell me "the only thing that matters is the time and money". When I told her she was cold, serious when it came to our fun time.

This was the reason I thought about giving Bogota a try (I'm assuming Medellin, has monger exhaustion) but reading a few reviews about quality lowering (this is manageable), time watchers, and star fishing. I don't want anything crazy maybe more intimate, something where I can make an acquaintance and see them again if I'm back in town. I'd prefer not to got to a casa to meet a woman who's had 10 dicks in her before me (I'm a big fan of DATY) and would much rather have sessions in my hotel room than in a club with overused cumstained mattresses, and unclean bathrooms.

I can get around with the spanish I do speak and in my experience when a chica does show me a good time or is genuine I have no issue tipping or buying a meal for them if I was already had plans to go eat.

What are my options?

Try online for fresher victims, stay out of Lleras. I hear Jakarta or Bangkok are the best bang for your buck.

Between the Four Points by Sheraton Tequendama and the Ibis Museo, which one would you recommend based on personal experiences?

Looking for a GF hotel with enough security to check up (and hoping that since these are reputable hotels, there should be less chances of something that could go wrong).

Planning to book for 2 adults anyway. It will be my first trip to Colombia (flying in after my trip from Brazil). Also any other hotel recos are welcomed. Thanks in advance!

There are 4+ several strip club brothels in Chapinero-- Maybe you should check those out- All on the east side of Carracas between Calle 57 and Calle 62.

American chain hotels. But as a warning, even though they have a system installed, some are programmed to not actually put out heat. Marriott works perfectly. AC and Holiday Inn, won't get warmer than like 60 F. Better off looking for an airbnb of modern construction that is well insulated. Those buildings will be warmer than most hotels.

You are right. The prepago photos=girls outdated or not real. The same can be said about most other sites. In my opinion, Santa Fe and the casas are more or less the same in terms of girls. Today you can come and find a girl who suits you, do her and arrange with her for tomorrow, but tomorrow she won't come. It all depends on how lucky you are. About the same can be said about Santa Fe, you see a girl you like and make an agreement with her but the service will be 1/10. The owners of the casas want to have regular clients, so they have more control over the girls. And the owners of the rooms in Santa Fe don't care about regular clients. Santa Fe brothels are empty, because there are not enough working girls, so the owner will don't care about quality of the service, they care about the girls. Clients come and go, and the girls who work in SF casas makes casa's income. Usually there are 2-3 girls working in a SF brothel. And during the day there is no one at all. My experience: I go to Santa Fe and make a circle. If there are no girls that I like to do, I go to Chapenero. I never make plans to go to one casa. You always need to have backup options. If there are no girls at the first checkout that I would like, I say goodbye and go to the next one. The best option for me is along 14th-15th CR from Calle 45 to 72. During this time you will go through six or seven brothels, You'll get your 10,000 steps done at the same time. This casa not bad; Carrera 20 #42 a 55, Santa Teresita, Teusaquillo, Bogot. The girls are young and better than in Santa Fe.

I have a trip planned March 19-30. I am assuming there will be increased military policy presence but not much more than that.

There's significantly increased military presence around the presidential palace, where I was last week, as you would expect. North and west seem bau.

The government has put agencies on alert to prepare for a possible new influx of refugees.

I'm not expecting anyone to be returning home unless there's real evidence of improvements to both security and economic conditions, which I suspect is a long way off.

Heading to Bogota 02 Feb. For a week. I go to Bogota often but not often enough to Santa Fe. If someone needs a battlebuddy hit me up. I do speak Spanish. I tend to avoid chapinero due to the ridiculous prices there. I do a lot of online fun but want to venture back to Santa Fe. I've been there a few times over the years. You see some crazy shit but its also lots of fun. Not interested in meeting Venezuelan chicks, only Colombians.

I stayed at the Ibis Museo during my trip in April 2025. I really liked the convenient location to Santa Fe and the restaurants / ATMs, etc. Nearby. Rooms are small but clean, nice and comfortable. I had a few girls come by during the day and had no issues. There is a security guy in the lobby most of the time. During the day, no one asked for my guest to check in at the front desk. I met them out front and we just walked to the elevators. I would not have minded if security / front desk did hold her cedula, but they did not ask or even interact with us. Not sure if the procedure would be different at night. The breakfast was really good. I had no overnight guests so when I booked, I booked the room for 2 (same price as for one person) and then purchased one breakfast as an add on.

A few other things. I felt safe walking to / from Santa Fe from the Ibis Museo during the day. Use Uber at night though. And do not leave the street in Santa Fe with Fiebre and all the other clubs at night. Uber will drop you off on that street and there are a lot of club security guys out front so you will be fine. Fiebre was my favorite by far on the last trip. Had multiple sessions there and had the same girls come to my hotel during the day. One of the owners was hassling me a little for not buying more alcohol. But it was worth it for the quality of the girls there. Also, may want to look into using the Transmilenio, which is a network of buses that goes across the city. If you are making a trip to the far north of the city, Tranmilenio will likely be faster. Download the Moovit app to get the best routes and bus times. I used this during the day only, and used Uber at night.
