That's my general feeling. I went to a hyugetel and the girl was so-so, but the next time the girl was top notch- soft skin, looks, etc. I reported on her before. Hyugetels prices seem to have stabilized. A few have pushed the rate for a 30 minute session up to 100,000 won or more, but this is not the norm.
