This is generally how I get to "Yes" with a lady of choice.

Once I've made a date with a chica (whether we have met online, in a club, or in Parque Lleras) and we've now moved on to WhatsApp to communicate the details, I write something, to the effect: "Meanwhile: let's agree on the mutual benefits. Pleasures in the sack for me. A generous gift for you." Here is another perspective. I don't negotiate time, because if we are not having fun, I don't want her to stay. I don't negotiate specific services, because if she does not want to do it, I won't enjoy it. I don't talk about condoms. So my approach is, do you want to come back to my place for sex for X amount of money? I do not negotiate from X amount. I speak fluent Spanish, I know to treat a hooker like a lady and a lady like a hooker, and I am in decent shape and jolly. If she says no, I say okay, maybe next time. A word of advice, try to stay away from the tinder girls, they are the ones usually drugging tourists. You find much hotter freelancers in clubs, lleras park and bars, etc.

Good points and the price negotiation isn't separate from the services negotiation. Want an extra 100 mil COP, then lose the condom for everything. If they won't come down to your acceptable number, see if you can add services or time that make it attractive. But always remember, you're in an abundance economy, not a scarcity economy.
