The street scene you describe is only happening in El Centro (if you are talking COP, not dollars). You can pick a short-time room or go to the one she suggests. Either one should be safe. Don't be there after dark. The casas in El Centro are within your budget, but other areas cost more. If you pick up someone in or around Parque Lleras or Laureles, you have to take them to your place, either where you are staying or a short-time hotel.

Did not care to have it fixed, so for 2 years I lived by heating a water in a medium saucepan, mix it with a bucket of water, take the bucket to the shower and use a water ladle to scoop water and pour on my body to wash and rinse. I disagree as well. Whenever I shower with a chick from a place where hot water is this supposed "luxury", they say the water is too hot and want it to be cold. Same thing with drinks. In a lot if countries they do not fancy putting ice in drinks, so if you give them a drink with ice (how we like it where I come from) they will refuse it. It is their culture to take showers with cold water. They are not seeing the foreign way as a luxury they want. Case in point, when I had a girlfriend in Cali I could not stand the cold showers, so I had a heated shower head put in. The only use it ever got was when I was there using it.

Based on my observations in Medellin, a significant attraction for local women is the availability of hot water. Since many do not have this luxury at home, they tend to spend a considerable amount of time in the shower when visiting an apartment that has it. This contrast is striking because their own homes often lack heated water. Regarding current rates in Colombia, a budget of 400,000 to 500,000 pesos is generally sufficient for a two-to-four-hour encounter. PN.

Making the first offer versus asking how much doesn't really matter. For example, if the girl asks for 400 mil and you counter with 250 mil, it is about the same as you offering 250 mil and the girl countering with 400 mil. In both cases, you try to work out a number that works for both sides. There is also other factors that affect the price such as how many shots, how long she will stay, the type of sex and so on. There is no one going rate price for all girls. Each girl is different and each girl has a different price that she is willing to accept. Flexibility is the key.

In business, which may be a bit different, making the first offer helps you set the narrative of the negotiation. While I didn't go to Harvard Business School, I did go to one just a couple notches down, and two things stuck with me for that $100 k plus tuition. #1 In negotiations, make the first offer, #2 - There is a tremendous amount of $$ to be made in non-sexy industries (I. I think this is exactly the point PolloNegro is making. Being able to just go into a shower and enjoy hot water is a luxury for most of these chicas. " But the blog then goes on to discuss exceptions based on the respective market knowledge of the parties.

This is generally how I get to "Yes" with a lady of choice.

Once I've made a date with a chica (whether we have met online, in a club, or in Parque Lleras) and we've now moved on to WhatsApp to communicate the details, I write something, to the effect: "Meanwhile: let's agree on the mutual benefits. Pleasures in the sack for me. A generous gift for you." I then describe in detail what I expect in the way of services (DFK, BBBJ, often bareback), add that of course, going bare assumes good hygiene and I have STD tests, and hope all the above is agreeable.
