I understand that you may want to play the field and I don't mind you asking for my help as the last resort.

What I don't appreciate is that you can make a commitment with 2 of my friends, who may have to make changes to the school or work schedule to see you and you can't have the sensitivity and decency to cancel the date to give them the chance to rearrange their schedules.

On top of that, instead of excusing yourself after the fact, to simply block them from further conversation.

There is, of course, a Chile forum but I have been here for two months, seventh visit, and can assure that it is not a destination for mongers. Venues exist but pale in comparison to the neighboring Peru and Argentina.

I concur with that. Have been to Santiago twice, and Valparaiso and San Antonio. In santiago, there are sites that advertise the services of the girls, but they charge a lot more then Peru or Argentina. And the girls have a little bit of an attitude too. If you contact them, they will just give you the very basic reply. They wouldn't try to win your business. I had a massage in my hotel room, very cute girl, but no extras. And the Plaza de Armas in Santiago is dangerous but you will find fat black streetwalkers from Dom Rep or Haiti. The only good thing about Chile is the cafe con pernas. Coffee with legs. Picture a starbucks fucked a Hooters and gave birth to a Cafe con pernas. Really hot looking chicks, dressed slutty and serving you good quality coffee. They will chat with you, and flirt with you, you can put your hands on their hips, etc. Saw some regulars there getting really handsy with their waitresses, so I am pretty sure some after work activities are going on. Lot's of sugar daddies hanging out there. But even then, the one I went to had mostly Columbians working in it. Expect to be very fluent in Spanish. But they are all very cute. Chile as a whole, has a good economy. So everything is expensive.

Chongos were too far and my stay was short.

Found couple girls in Parque Kennedy area, walk the path where there is McDonalds and chess tables. Girls will make eye contact, say hola or they will be lost looking around, that's your queue.

Just say Hi and start walking with them. Going rate is 100-120 $ for couple hours taking back to hotel. I doubt any hotels in lima will have issues. Girls were 6-8 in this area.

During day time saw few girls hanging around jiron zepita area. Nothing too appealing.

I heard chongos is the way to go! Sorry can't report on that.

I think you should've chat her up. That sort of thing happened to me too. I was sitting on a bench on the lowest level of Larcomar, checking out ladies walking by in the evening. More then one girl would look back at me. One eyeballed me all the way up the escalator. It wasn't the "you disgust me kind of look" more like the "I see you looking at me, whatcha going to do about it" look. SHe was a MILF. That is what I like about Lima girls. They don't always ignore you when you look at them, or look back with disgust or an air. I think your girl might have been a pro, sitting at the hotel bar, but I am pretty sure the MILF that eyeballed me back at Larcomar was not. I can't tell from the reviews of these places but are they similar to a casa in Colombia where you just show up and there's a physical lineup of girls that come out at some of these massage places or is it something like you show up and they show you an iPad with photos of the available girls and you pick sight unseen, well not sight unseen but you don't see them standing in front of you type of thing? I'll be down there soon and interested in exploring and trying some of these places out.

It seems like they are a bit more than the chongos (can anything truly beat them? But I'm hoping the quality of girls at these places is also good. I really like flaquita girls which doesn't always seem to be a preference in locals so always on the lookout and willing to explore for places that have a plethora of them.

I've never been to Colombia so I don't know how similar it is, but at Ely Spa, Ying Yang Spa, Elysium and other places of the kind, there is a physical lineup of girls that come out one by one, so you have to take a good look and have a good memory to be able to, afterwards, ask for the one you liked best.

They're nothing like a chongo. The girls are generally prettier (according to Peruvian tastes), offer a more personalized attention for a longer time (an hour sometimes), although short of real GFE, you get a real massage (more or less) and they charge three or four times more than a chongo girl.

If you really like the chongo experience (I don't), nothing beats them.
