I stayed at the mde mansion in Poblado many a time. Seems like 80% or so of the chicas that came there to mingle were from Bello. Any time I mentioned coming out to Bello they always discouraged me for safety reasons.

I second this as I recall one past favourite girl I met at the Mansion told me the same thing that Bello is not a place where foreigners should visit as there is a high risk of kidnappings there.

I started venturing out the Poblado bubble back in 2015, so it didn't take me long to go straight into the lion's den (barrios and up North) and I came out stronger and happier.

I am also nowadays hanging out in Bello when I visit MDE, though I still stay in Centro. Never again in Laureles, its too loud and attracts the kind of people from home who I don't want to run into.

But yet to find any strip clubs or casas in Bello, any intel would really help.

Go to some of the massage places. Those girls get a couple hundred K for extras, so are more reasonable. Try out the various girls you like (different days) and the ones who you like and click with, get their WhatsApp number and ask them out. Free dinner, good time, they are more likely to be happy with $300 k tip. Even a hard working girl likes a nice night out.

It is one thing to have a civil discussion about prices. It is another thing to call people simps, suckers, idiots, retards, and the like when you disagree on how much you think they should pay as if you are the one who decides what the going rate should be. That type of "discussion" actually discourages others from sharing what they pay.

If I was a first time MDE traveler post-2021, it goes without saying my experience and expectations would be totally different and it'll take me much longer to get out the gringo bubble and pricing. Actually, I probably might still be stuck in it and accept it as the status quo. Yes, Medellin right now is overrun and overrated. It sucks for the people who have known it that way. Unfortunately, it will only get worse. For me though, I'm still having a blast and when I leave and come back, it just gets better and better. I have already put in years of hard work, research, vetting, failures and successes.

Looking back, during my first trip to MDE over 10 years ago, I made many typical rookie mistakes. Most of them at the same time! I never got drugged, but was drunk and high and too dumb to notice shit was stolen. I had my new iPhone and most of my cash stolen within 4 hours of landing, must be a MDE rookie record hehe. All I could do was to laugh it off and learn from it. That was the first and last time I'll let that happen. I still had a great and memorable short term trip, capping off partying with a bunch of Mansion girls at club Fahrenheit when Nicky Jam was doing a special concert at the time when he started revitalizing his career in Medallo. And the rest is history.

I always laugh when peeps over spend and then end of up having horrible sex. That's why you pay them 200 k and then TIP THEM IF IT'S GOOD. During my current visit to Medellin, I am finding quite a few chicas who get offended at offers of even 400 k for anything more than an hour. And many of them are setting their starting price at 500 k and above for just 1 hour.

Fortunately, I have found enough who will give me everything I want for 2 hours in the 350 k to 450 k price range. And one who was happy with 300 k for 2 hours, and another one who is coming over tonight for toda-la-noche for 750 k.

These girls have been conditioned to act as they by gringos who treat them like they do American hookers. How much for an hour? Any civilian you meet outside of the park or P4P does not think like that. Any time I hear of time limitations it turns me off.

I prefer "non-working" girls who do not think that way. I don't need long visits nor do I desire "toda la noche" with a stranger. So, if you walk into the park you are going to find many girls who quote you prices you deem high.

I really like the park but I don't go there to pull chicas. That's not to say that you can't have a good experience there. But, there's less opportunity to haggle over price than with a civilian.
