Just a little update as I am in Pattaya now.

I like Myth Night area, not very busy but plenty of women to choose from. Bar fines 800 and girls asking 2000, I only ever ask st.

LK is pretty busy but I don't really go there, too loud for me and the Gogo bars I have no interest in.

Thai friendly I have plenty of offers from 1200 up to 2000. The 2000 always girls come down to 1500 very quickly.

True, it's actually the RealFeel that is higher than the real temperature.

That is a raised-humidity illusion. Current temperature range is 26C night to 33C day; same as Bangkok. Varies little throughout the year, apart from the Dec-Jan (some might say Nov-Feb) dip in humidity and temperature. N & NE have more-marked seasonal variations; far South milder, with less seasonal variation, but avoid the heavy rains every Nov.

I disagree. Sure, there are always enough girls available, but the weather is much better (cooler, less rain) from approximately November to February.
I was in Pattaya in November last year, and at night the temperature often went below 20 degrees Celsius / 68 degrees Fahrenheit. And some days the temperature did not get higher than 24 degrees Celsius / 75 degrees Fahrenheit in the day time!

It's certainly a problem in Pattaya as well, and also in low season. I was there a couple of weeks ago and according to the weather app on my phone the air quality was reasonable or poor at best, but quite often bad or even unhealthy. The problem was, despite the almost daily thunderstorms, that the humidity was high and there was hardly any wind. Combined with the high temperatures it wasn't much fun to walk around, or take the baht bus during the rush hours. There was always a bad smell everywhere, even in my hotel room.

With the climate changes, it's questionable whether September would rain on your parade. I've never experienced any serious rain-related issues in a September visit. I've experienced a few daily thundershowers, but those have been for only about 30 minutes to a couple of hours. No serious flooding while I've been there in a September. You shouldn't worry about packing a life jacket for a trip in September. Maybe an umbrella.

Here's a September photo I took while renting at View Talay 6.

    September Weather and Crowds

September is the best month for mongering in Pattaya because its near the end of Low Season. The ladies have been poor for many months, and really appreciate customers. Many "boyfriends " from the prior High Season have stopped sending money (most fizzle out after 3 months).

The rain usually comes in the afternoon for an hour, or in the middle of the night. If you use Bolt taxi, the rain isn't much of a factor.

When my mom and aunts came to visit some years back, that is the only place my mom would eat. That was when Central Festival was new. I told her that we could go eat at Sizzler at the new mall, but she refused, stating that she "knew" the one at Royal Garden. My mom is one of those people that has an irrational fear of damn near everything on the planet. Total opposite of me. She does not even wash her car anymore because the workers no longer drive it through and she is afraid of driving it through herself.

I walked around Soi Chaiyapoon and Buakhow tonight (it was hot). More importantly, it was dead.

Lots and lots of bars had zero customers or just one guy, who might be the manager.

As usual, there were new bars on Soi Chaiyapoon, but some appeared to be closed already, ie they opened for a few months of High Season, and then closed down.

I suspect that we will see the largest turnover of bars in the history of Pattaya this year.

Thanks, brother. I appreciate the info. Sounds like the ladies should be plentiful and priced decently. Not a cheap Charlie but I'll be there for a few weeks and plan of short timing 2-3 girls a day.

October is a good time to come, as its the end of Low Season. It's when the "boyfriends" come, since they don't want to come in High Season. So, business is slow, but there are plenty of ladies.

By October, the ladies forget about High Season, and so they think its normal to have few customers.
