Very informative and thanks to AR, ET, and HT for these posts. Unfortunate that none of these combined formulas are available in Thailand. I have tried to do some calculated dosages and play doctor to find what can be tolerated. So far a MAXIMUM seems to be about 20 to 25 MG of generic cialis (Cipla Tadacip which is good but doubt it is a full 20 MG pill) taken about 4 hours prior. 100 MG Kamagra about one hour before, then 4 MG of Apomorphine at around 30 minutes (half of these totals may be a better choice). Unfortunately my date kept asking every two minutes if I was finished which is always a bone killer for me so I need a better test subject. The Apomorphine is available from India and costs $5 for a blister of 10. I would NOT recommend a higher dose on the cialis even if used alone. Also found out that L-Cysteine supplement is good but takes a few weeks to be noticed, but every little bit helps when you're over 70!

No need to wait. Anyone can do a DIY version of these pills in Thailand. The two most active ingredients in ALL of these meds to deal with PHYSICAL ED are generic Viagra (Sildenafil) and Cialis (Tadalafil). See table and snips attached. What these compounding pharmacies in the US do is more or less mix a full 100 MG dose of Sildenafil (pill form takes 30 min to take effect, lasts about 4 hours) together with a full 20 MG dose of Cialis (pill form takes 30 min to take effect, lasts "up to" 36 hours). These two compounded PDE5 inhibitors are the primary active ingredient for all formulations. And anybody who has been in Thailand for more than an hour can find these drugs in pill form at pharmacies on Sukhimvit. Now if you want to simulate the fast 15 minute action of Levitra and sidestep stomach absorption (food and alcohol), then all you need to do is substitute the pill form of Sildenafil with Sildenafil jelly packs that are dissolved under the tongue (sublingual). There you have it, RoSparks available in Thailand for a fraction of the cost (note that RoSparks only has a 50 MG half dose of Sildenafil, so a half packet of Sildenafil jelly to simulate).

At any one time, I have never taken more than a 50mg half dose of Sildenafil OR a 10mg half dose of Tadalafil. I know there are many who like to play doctor on web forums, but I would be very careful taking a full 100mg dose of Sildenafil AND a full 20mg dose of Tadalafil together. There are very real risks of interaction with other drugs. Or just Google PRIAPISM...

It is understandable that people are uncomfortable discussing death. They are programmed to fear it, staying alive is probably the most basic instinct of all living things. Western medicine is mostly focused on extending the dying process of chronic diseases, as this is where the majority of the profit is made.

Since most people would refuse to accept their approaching demise, when they learn that your kidneys are failing, they probably get scared because they assume that you will ask them to donate one of their kidneys to save you. Ironically, at the same time, your decision not to seek a donor disturbs them because they cannot see themselves accepting their impending death stoically.

Western society is structured on industrial feudalism. People believe that they have to work at a job until they reach 62 or 67 years of age. Then they can retire and really start living. They rarely ever consider getting knocked out the game by a serious injury or terminal illness. Having some advance notice of your end and options mean that you no longer have to subscribe to the old age retirement and pension model. You get to decide how you will spend your last years.

Furthermore, as you mentioned, there doesn't seem to be a bright future for mankind. Capitalism is being replaced by techno feudalism under the control of tech oligarchs. In the West, we already live in an age of mass surveillance via flock cameras, and data on electronic devices is searched at borders. Wealth is increasingly concentrated at the top. We have billionaires, and a trillionaire, while the majority of the population subsists on precarious employment.

As for growing old, I watched my 95-year-old crazy cat-hoarder neighbor go through her last 15 golden years. First, she lost her car and became housebound. Then she had to get Meals on Wheels. After that, she went senile, started calling the cops and the HOA to report imagined offenses by her neighbors. No one wanted to deal with her nasty combative behavior, including friends and family. One Christmas, she fell down and couldn't get up. First responders had to break her door down to get to her. Her own kids did not want to take her to live with them. Eventually, she died alone in her house and they didn't find out for almost a week. Suddenly, hoards of her children and grandchildren appeared to pick over her belongings like vultures. What they did not want went into the garbage in about 50 black construction trash bags. A long life of 95 years buying and storing crap to be thrown into a garbage dump. LOL!

You enjoyed life and did all of the things that you wanted to do. That is the most important part of a life well-lived. You will not be lying on your deathbed wishing that you had gone to Thailand and fucked some tasty hoes like many of the unhappily married working stiffs in West. You should keep doing what makes you happy. If that means blazing trees and fucking hoes, that is what you should do.

I've finally got an update on this story. I didn't have stds or parasites.

I just found out that I have chronic kidney disease, so that stuff in my pee is probably protein, which my kidneys can't process.

So I've just gone from living a fairly carefree life, to suddenly having a disease, which is definitely going to kill me.

This stuff has been coming out of me every time I pee or cum since February.

It might have started about some bareback action in Pattaya in July 2024.

Because I started noticing irritation in my urethra around that time.

But in January I looked down at my pee and saw these things.

Been to hospitals, doctors and STD clinics and the travel clinic.

I've had about 7 blood tests which all came back negative for parasites.

I've taken antibiotics for chlamydia, UTI, parasites etc.

Getting the quick onset effect is easily replicated by using Sildenafil jelly (Kamagra jelly) packs. They are made for sublingual use and you will get action in 15 min. However, whether you use sublingual or pill, it is typically 1 hour before Sildenafil will peak in the bloodstream. For Tadalafil, the peak is reached after 4 hours. Maybe I should run an experiment. I had a Tadalafil for my session last night. Maybe I will pop a full 100 MG Sildenafil before my session tonight and TOFTT. Enjoy, AR.

I didn't realize that Kamagra jelly was designed for sublingual use, I just swallowed the whole thing. Didn't work faster for me. Haven't used it in years, but my memory was the jelly was too much quantity to hold under the tongue while it is absorbed. On the other hand, the troche form is small and can be held under the tongue for 5-10 minutes while it is dissolved. I felt it working much sooner than oral forms.

The one I'd like to have in Thailand is AVO Max III. It works quickly and the side effects are gone in about 8 hours. But it requires refrigeration during my 32 hour trip from home to hotel. I could use a special container for this, but the ones that last that long are heavy and I've already got too much shit to haul around.
