Step 2: Go to the message section on JK forum and use your browser's translation feature. Find a location that seems popular and message them on Line.

Step 3: Be honest about being a foreigner, some will ghost or refuse you after finding out, most don't care in my experience. Set up a time and they'll give you an address. Book a ride and off you go.

I've posted on that a couple of times over the last weeks. FS can easily be had, but you got to curb your expectations, especially for what you are looking for. You might occasionally get lucky at places like 193 Jilin as another poster claims he did, but you will usually end up overpaying (anywhere between 3,500 and 5,000) and disappointed. Your other option for a quick fix is the RLD around Longshan temple where you can occasionally find reasonably cute Thai or Viet girls. Going rate is 1,500 to 2,000 for a 20 minute session. Don't tip or overpay.

I probably sound like a broken record by now, but just save your money and go anywhere else. Taipei is great for freebies but absolutely not for mongering.
