I had no interest in the barber. No HJ offered and I would not have accepted. She used a cream and a blade. She may have used an electric shaver for some touch up work. You're not supposed to partake in public but nobody has been arrested, just be discreet and don't annoy anyone and you'll be fine. They're talking about legislation to limit recreational use but haven't done anything about it. As a resident, I avoid the shops and get my bud from sellers doing business on the Line app at a fraction the cost dispensaries charge.

Yes, it is two hours, two pops. After she agrees for for 2 hours, always I specify 'Please make sure you stay for 2 hours without hurry and disturbance, I may go for 2 shots'. It works. In some cases politely I requested them to mute their phone.
