I'll admit I'm a Cheap Charlie and a total nerd so a few years ago, when I was looking for an alternative to returning over and over again to the same places in the Ph*, I actually did an objective assessment of all the options. I included the relative values of flying far and staying long vs flying locally for a short break. I even had a spread sheet of daily accommodation, travels and pussy costs.

    Hey, I admitted I am a little different. 🤦.

The end result? No surprise that Ph worked out both the cheapest fuck per total dollar spent and also general smiles per mile.

It helps that I don't have to fly half way around the world and enjoy cheap provincial pussy but the numbers don't lie. It helps a lot that I know the lay of the land so don't have newbie tax and heart ache when I arrive at every city.

    Enjoy. G.

    * The remedy to getting bored was simple: I'm still going to the PH but including different areas. Week after week in AC would do my head in, the same for Subic. I've even given up on my old favourite, Sabang. All held great memories but it was time to move on. Now I have a great time bouncing between the big city neon lights in Makati and the small town provinces. Talk about compare and contrast. Both are very different places with totally different girls and wildly different price structures.

Value in The Phils compared to home.

Just an observation guys regarding travelling all the way to The Phils versus paying for it at home.

Over the last few days I've been back in Sydney, Australia attending to some family matters and thought I'd try out the local brothel.

Back in the day, these establishments were staffed by Aussie girls who really knew how to offer a service. My first paid experience was when I was 19 after the 'first real love' cheated on me and I found a nice Aussie girl who was a great listener and offered a sexual experience that I could have only hoped for at that age.

It was the first and only time I got a hair job (girl strokes you and tickles your head with her long hair until you 'arrive').

Now, most of the knock shops in Sydney are all basically run by the Chinese.

It was AUD $200 an hour (or approx USD $140) and it was a surprise that a BBBJ was in the deal. Nice Chinese chick, great body and condom for full service.

Only problem she was in Australia and couldn't speak a word of English. So all communication was via a phone translator app.

Despite travelling to The Phils regularly and spending money on flights, hotels, and all the rest, it sure beats getting it in your home county after adding up the costs in my opinion.

You know the Pinas want to get into your wallet as much as you want to get into their panties.

But once you know how to play them, it works both ways.

I'll keep on paying the travel related costs, as opposed to the alternative in the home country. Plus, it's a holiday of sorts with endless sex on tap.

    What more could one want?

I've had my fair share of Chinese pussy over the years, but the Pinas are way in front when it comes to service and negotiating LT etc.

    Just my experience _Phil.

Comparable units in many Metro Manila developments often sell for approximately ₱3.5 million to ₱4 million.
Filipinos are firm believers in the 'Greater Fool' theory. They always believe that there is a bigger fool that will pay more than they did for overvalued property. It is not limited to real estate. They will try to sell used semi-obsolete goods like consumer electronics at higher prices than the latest new and improved models of the same item.

In the Philippines, up is down and down is up. Assume that you know how things work at your own risk. Take for example, the fact that some Filipino men will happily let a foreigner fuck the brakes off their Filipina wife or girlfriend, as long as she brings home the foreigner's money for cigarettes, beer, and lechon.

On the other hand, if a Filipino man starts fucking a foreigner's Filipina wife or girlfriend, the Filipino is not satisfied to remain in the background sneaking in occasional fucks and receiving monetary gifts secretly siphoned off the expat's largesse. No. Instead, he will assemble his minions and murder that foreigner. Often with the encouragement and cooperation of the foreigner's Filipina wife or girlfriend who benefited most from the relationship with the victim.

There are many vids on YT about this so-called glut, and every one of them mentions that the data is skewed when Metro Manila is considered as a whole.

Not all areas are the same. The Bayside area (between Makati and the MOA area), has the highest vacancy rate due to the closure of the POGOs.

My area of Ortigas Center is holding very steady, and although I have no plans to sell, resale prices in my large condo are about 50% above what I paid in 2007.

Most of the newly built condos across the metro are very small, with low ceilings, and feel very claustrophobic to me.

The elderly are huge business. If grandpa's totally out of it, there as a time when he received a magic shot of morphine and nodded off peacefully. Add in that the seriously infirm have the lowest assistance, meals and activity costs so it makes good business sense to continue to have them just lying there, bringing in fees every day..
There are also some positives to having dementia. Every morning in your mind, you wake up to a 'new' LBFM in your bed. Every time you fuck the same pussy it feels like a 'strange' pussy. You never get tired of the same pussy. You cannot recall past grievances, and cannot remember why you were angry 5 minutes ago. You never experience anxiety or stress about things far into the future. You only live in the present. You forget about the hot spinner you were trying to fuck yesterday. You finally get a smoking hot chick in your bed and then you forget what you are supposed to do with your dick. LOL!

Not to go all philosophical on a hooker board, but I genuinely never understand how people let themselves get to that point. Look at Bruce Willis, Lewy body dementia. He knew for years it was coming. I'm pretty sure if I knew for a fact that was my fate, I'd set a date to end it all on my terms.

I noted Chocha's post about some Yankee marine biologist getting whacked in his home Perils of playing away from home. God knows who or what was bonking the LBFM on the quiet.

The staff are normally wonderful but the system sucks big time.

Many Old Aged Homes have STD rates that would make a Patpong bordello blush.

We'll all end up there one day.

Sure, week one of a visit might be painful, but that pain is nothing like the bill you'd cop back at home.

Let's take knees as an example. A former team mate of mine, very good footballer, had knees not worth a shit, typical soccer injury. For years, he wouldn't get them done (finally had to have them replaced), going on about how bad / risky the local servce and Bumrumgrad were. According to him, the best knee surgeons were in Florida as lots of money, old and medics specializing in the old. At the pinnacle was some German geezer but you would have to be a heavily insured top footballer to see him. Way out of anyone's financial league here. In hte ned, he got them done locally and happy as a pig in shit.

I have lots of body parts going on the blink and, for an overall scan, I am more than happy with the Ph. When the Grim Reapper really comes a knocking, I will reconsider but, by then, it won't matter much.
Tests done by a machine made in the west are ok, but for the rest of it I have my doubts. 2 years ago I had an MRI done in Davao in an old beat up Fujitsu machine, was ok, I just didn't trust the interpretation, and I sent the disk to US, was the same answer.

I got blood drawn for STD testing, and while I don't doubt the results, they where spitted out by the machine, the whole process of pocking me for the blood scared me: the guy had the gloves on already from the previous pacient, then put the needle in the syringe, left it on the table where he had chicken adobo with rice at lunch, then opened some door knobs, wrote stuff with a filthy pen, typed on the sticky keyboard, probably scratched his butt when not in sight, then proceeded on to pocking me in the vein few times. Now that's the stuff that I know about, and it got me worried. I witnessed similar stuff when over the years I took some girls in for different reasons, all involving needle handling.

I have no need to venture outside of the area except to go to the airport for work assignments in other SE Asian or Central Asian destinations or to holiday in my home country.

Best of both worlds I guess.
