Spend some time looking through TF, you can get a feel for which are freelancers and which are not. If she is in Pattaya, young, pictures show sexy clothes, and background is a bar, chances are 90%+ that she is selling sex. If she is outside the primary P4P areas, conservatively dressed, and background of temple, chances are 90%+ that she isn't looking for paid sex. Next, look at her profile text; freelancers often have zero text (but that is also true with many "good girls"). Finally, look at the age range of men she is seeking; freelancers are likely looking for any age man while "good girls" likely have a desired age range.
