I think the "one pop or two?" question is kind of missing the bigger point. I'm in Hawaii, and an equivalent young, attractive provider here in Honolulu can easily start around $250 HH before you even start discussing anything beyond the basic service. In my experience, special requests can add another $150-$200+ for BBFS, with another $100 or so for CIP. You're already over $500+ before you know it for anything resembling GFE.

Don't worry Axel, when I visited a few agogo's back in May, both in BKK and Pattaya, nobody asked me for a tip. Lady drinks, yes, but that's inevitable, unless you pick a girl and barfine her right away.
