Is it worth going here if you only like outcalls to your hotel or do you really need to monger on the street to find girls? Or can you get by finding girls on fb / tinder / online?
Also when you guys throw amounts around like 250,300,400 etc. I assume that's pesos in the hundreds of thousands and not usd?

Hi, how do you guys approach girls about BBFS on the streets in el Centro? Do you ask them on the streets si puedo hacerlo sin, or do you bring it up in the room?
So far I had 0 success on the streets, even though I get it pretty easily with semi-pros. Thanks for help!

What do you mean you have no control over connnecting flights? You absolutely do when you're booking your travel. In my case below, I had an original connecting flight that was going to give me 2 hours to get through immigration, get my bag, recheck the bag at the dropoff, then get to the gate for my connecting flight. When the flight leaving Rio was delayed for an hour, that left me with an hour to get it all done, and it wasn't enough. I knew it wasn't going to be enough! When I'm booking my travel and I know I have to get through immigration before I can go to the gate for a connecting flight (plus pickup and drop luggage), I always try to find a connecting flight that's going to leave me at least 1 1/2 hours to do everything. Sometimes you can't find a connecting flight that will allow you that amount of time. But in my experience, very often you can.

Posts: 429You don't have much control over connecting flights. It's the same airline so it supposed to be doable. After you collect your bags you only have an hour or so to get to flight. It is what is from east coast to west coast.

Yeah, you should give yourself at least an hour and a half minimum. One time when I was departing Brazil with a connection in Atlanta, they moved the flight out of Rio back by an hour. I knew that was going to mess up my connection in Atlanta, so I tried to get the fat ass heifer at the counter to do her job and try to help me to get another connecting flight. Of course, her fat ass didn't want to do her job stating that I still had an hour, which I knew would not be enough, but she refused to assist. And that was at a time when smart phones weren't around, so there was no way I could call or get online to see if I could handle it myself. Anyway, to make a long story short, I missed my fucking connection in Atlanta! By the time I raced and got to the gate, they were literally just pushing back! Well, at least there were lots of flights between Atlanta and my final destination, so on the ground there, I was able to arrange for another flight about a couple of hours later. Was all still damn annoying!

Posts: 2655Why in the hell would you purchase a flight with a one hour connection at your immigration connection, that is just looking for trouble. I learned that lesson 40 years ago.

Posts: 429This isn't "routine" questioning. I paid money and gave the government unfettered access to records. When you have an hour to get through the airport to connect with a flight of course it is matter of concern. I don't have anything hide and like everyone else after a lengthy trip I want to get home.

The issue that got me detained was the same when I returned to US from Tijuana. It's a glitch in their system. Ok, fine fix it and quit fucking around.
As an American citizen I have the right to come back. They were apologetic at FLL but in Tijuana they were fucking assholes!

Posts: 2655For the life of me I can not understand why people get so out of sorts over an immigration officer asking questions or getting sent into secondary, they are just doing their job and it is a very small inconvenience to us as travelers. FYI having Global Entry doesn't reduce your odds of going into secondary.

I think most of problems come from people who are not here. These girls have been conditioned to ask for dollars and set time limits because that is what the gringo demanded.

A couple of years ago I went to Lleras at around 12 midnight. The park was packed, but it's just so overpriced for what it offers.
Coming back this year, I wanted to test whether last time it was overpriced because it was too early or because it really is like that all the time. I went at 2 am and nothing really changed. Most of the girls are hanging out on Calle 10, not in the park itself. Standard price for CFS is 400/ HR. By my standards they're not worth that price. I saw a couple of current / former FB girls who have been working on FB for 6-7 years. I saw a girl who I saw at Centro a couple of days ago. They're dressed well, but when I interviewed them, almost all of them are single moms, so there's probably some baby damage hidden underneath those dresses. If you're an MDE vet, your existing roster is almost guaranteed to be better than what you can find there. If you're new, just go with Tinder or something. There's no good reason why an informed and prepared person would go to Lleras. As for BBFS, I had maybe 1 out of 6 who would consider it. The I proposed 400 and the girl wanted more, and she wasn't worth it.

Posts: 286As is often said in this forum. Do not f'ing pay in dollars. Do not accept quotes in dollars. Pesos pesos pesos.
That out of the way, I met an long time amiga who closed her FB page a long time ago. She says too many dudes messaging her on FB. Probably why the FB game sucks now in Medellin. Her and probably thousand other girls who were once on FB now no longer accepts friend requests, messages, lock profiles etc.

No problems recently. I had an officer approach me as I placing my things through the detector. On my last trip I was sent to secondary inspection at FLL even though I have Global Entry.

Posts: 199Very normal, they do it for pretty much all flights and it appears to be totally random. I've had this happen to me in MDE and SJO. I make it a habit to be at the gate about 15 m before boarding because that's when they start to announce the "lottery winners" for that flight. That way, if I get picked I can try to be first in line and board the plane relatively quickly.
