I saw this RTV news report, seems like they might start doing raids soon, I know in the video they said Residential building spas (So best avoid those) but what worrried me is that they mentioned the spa pay 8 lakh to the police which seems consistent to what Adil might pay. Adil apparently might have some political backing like he operates in Dhaka Bank buiding (Own by Mirza Abbas) but yeah be careful guys, go to known sps and try to be safe.

Yeah, just as Karikamiya said. You need to transfer the Bitcoin to a wallet first, and then using the wallet send the Bitcoin to ISG's bitcoin address for purchase. Binance app has a built-in wallet which you can use to transfer Bitcoin. I used this wallet to make the subscription purchase.
