I am not much wealthy, for me 3000 euros for a trip is a lot for example. I wanted to choose one place and stay there the rest of the trip like 12 days. I will need to return to manila eventually to catch a returning flight. I am definitely more of a simple guy and more gathered towards making a friend and family program compared to hit bar scenes or mega clubs. Which is better in that sense? Pure Cebuanas can be shorter and stocky, not 70 lb spinners. That's a gross generalisation though. I've met girls of all types in Cebu Province and especially Cebu City.

If you're concerned about your budget, then I'd suggest:

The big expat areas are expensive and full of temptations. Get out of town to second tier cities or the areas on the fringes of Cebu / Manila etc. There will still be plenty of girls but you won't have the high hotel, food, girl fees.

Stay in one spot. This avoids moving costs. Weekly or monthly accommodation normally offers discounts over nightly. Girls are also cheaper for return visits or F&F. As you said, night after night in the bars gets expensive. Drinks, dates etc can make simply finding a new girl every night expensive.

Identify and do what you can to reduce your most expensive line items. Mine are International Flights (travel off peak); Hotels (stay at cheap but comfortable ones that offer weekly discounts); Food (difficult in PI) and girls (stay out of bars and provincial girls are much cheaper than their big city sisters).

Where? Everyone is different, enjoys different things and has different priorities. Mindanao, Bohol, outer Manila, Lapu Lapu. They all have things to offer.

If your referring to the Ayala / IT Park areas, it's not a much cheaper than Manila. Having said that, the good news is that there are girls of all shapes and sizes everywhere.

5/. Greenbelt is a high end shopping and accommodation precinct within Makati. I find it has good accommodation options, a lot to see during the day and many coffee shops, restaurants etc that are convenient meeting points. Its also near the Makati commercial and red light areas and therefore all the girls who work in these. At 10 pm it's maybe a 10 minute ride to the Burgos and Poblacion clubs. BGC is another similar option but I find it too westernised and soulless. As always, YMMV.

I may make a trip in the fall for the first time since Covid. I used to "meet" a few girls around the Havana in Greenbelt. I think I heard that closed. Wondering if any freelancers still hang somewhere around the mall.

As G alluded to, The Greenbelt mainly caters for high-end Manila these days. In all my visits, I've never seen it as a spot to pick up FL's.

However, there's action just up the road.

The Greenbelt is a nice place to take a girl who would never venture there as a rule.
