The Congress House, the west wing to Indian national congress prior to the independence. The first prime minister of India held an office in that building prior to the independence and Gandhi was a frequent visitor to that building (of course for a different reason. That place has so much history and significance.

Yes, stay with the clubs or streets around the clubs. Santa Fe is way much bigger than el Centro Medellin. It's a quiet long walk from Santa Fe north to south.

I don't know Santa Fe in Bogota so I can't say if ut's better than El Centro in Medellin. Does not even compare. I have written about the difference before so I will only summarize. Medellin is half of a square block by the church and half of a square block at Degreiff. It has Hilton Grill, Conejitas, and Barra Ejecutiva outside of but close to those areas. Santa Fe is like 9 square blocks of street chicks with the fuck clubs Troya, Fiebre, Atunes, etc right next to each other. There are also other fuck clubs within the area. I would say Santa Fe is number 2 behind Pattaya with "a lot going on. " As far as quality, that is subjective. I will put Santa Fe as the best economically in the world though.

The best time to go to Santa Fe is rush hour --It is better than MDE --it's bigger like 8+ blks of girls. -- But it can be hit and miss.
