Which bar was the Mama from?

I do not remember, but it was not MTR. It was the first bar (sans v-four) if you enter KI from the entrance gate. She wasn't too bad about it, and said she had to call some "manager" dude, and have me talk to him about it over the phone, as she was not "a real mama" (or something like that. Don't know. I was there very early.) Manager/boss-dude was not helpful at all, though he spoke decent English. Said if the girl had gotten naked already, and possibly started a bj, then that was basically it, and I could not get any refund or change girl.

It was my only genuinely bad experience at KI so far, but I'm not sure I've even been there as many as 10 times so far though. Maybe around 10 times it is.

I've had terrible interactions with the Mama at MTR as she always have this stupid frown on her face. Just remember, if you walk to the onsite spa yourself, you will have the option to choose a girl you like from their tablet and enjoy the free Jacuzzi and amenities.
