Tried 191 Jilin, asked for no 22 as recommended by someone here but was told she is "taking rest" that day. Selected one from the photos, she could speak understandable english and was adamant on 3000 NTD. Tried to lower to 2500 but she didn't budge. Had already wasted 15 minutes chit-chatting with her so didn't ask for a replacement (she also told you can take replacement but the new girl might not speak english).

So I looked into it.

Fixed partitions / walls with door leaves (38272;25159 - B1 class (same group as entertainment / hostess-type venues).

Much stricter zoning, fire safety and public-safety inspection requirements, and often not permitted in the location the shop rented.

Open layout, or partitions where room openings have no door (curtains / fabric drapes) - G3 class (includes blind-masseur businesses).

Without doors, over 150 m² floor area still lands in B1.

So B1 means fire safety planning, more inspections, etc.

Best avoided if you're in the special business.

It doesn't mean curtains is a sure thing, normally it's easy to tell from the outside what the place offers.

This is for the discerning monger who seeks FS with young (<25) Taiwanese girls, not content with Southeast Asians of varying quality / age around Longshan or other such venues. Now for the very short and simple guide: you're going to be contacting parlors who primarily serve the locals, not tourists.

Step 1: Get a physical Taiwanese SIM with a Taiwanese number to set up a LINE account which you will need to communicate with these parlors. Most eSIMs will not give you a new number, so you will need a physical one from the airport or anywhere else you can find that sells them.

Will it not work if using Line with a USA SIM card? I've noticed I can never search Line by username, I always have to get a QR code (I know from experience in Thailand).

I have not been to any of the stores you mentioned, so I can't comment.

Just from experience, many of the stores operated by VN staff will offer some kind of extras. Most will charge you 1,200 to 1,400 for the massage and the provider will at some point let you know what else is on the table. They are never shy about it.

Best advice I can give you is to ask at the reception if you can see pictures of the girls. Also check the store itself. If it looks like a legit spa with a menu, then it probably is. If it looks rundown and like a poor excuse for a brothel like 193 Jilin, the again, it probably is.
