The towel lady was really rude when I told her that my robe was missing the belt.

The last time I was at Sharks, after I put my robe on, I found that one of the pockets was partially ripped off leaving it unusable. I went back to the front desk to get a new one, and the old hag working there handing out the towels and robes looked at me like I was asking her to move the earth and the moon on my behalf! Waving her arms around. So rude! No, I would just like a robe with two pockets in good repair thank you very much! I find customer service in Germany not to be so friendly in general compared to some other countries. In most cases, I don't think they mean anything by it. It's just Germans being German! In the United States customer service is far friendlier than in Germany, but not necessarily more effective. I hate having to call customer service on the phone in America to talk to friendly but useless representatives who can never fully answer your questions or help resolve your issues.

Nobody actually paid 50 Euros to use VIP room. If anybody tells you that he paid 50 Euros to use VIP room, this guy is either a Shark employee or a moron.

In VIP, larger place with several rooms as far I remember when I was, and you can make it private for whole day if you want, but You can also take a girl at 10 am till 5 am in a more beautiful room upstairs with window for daylight for free and fuck her all along on 2 sheets included in her entry. VIP is for party, what do Balkanians with bottles at night. At Globe, you hear loud music from VIP close to restaurant, kind of discotheque more than a quiet place for sensual sex, to hear and feel girl reactions, what is more interesting for me. If you want to party orgy, then book VIP on desk. Next time You go, if free and open, you can visit. In clubs, I visit free rooms, to choose where I want to have sex, I prefer with window for daylight, better to see girl skin, nails, teeth, hair quality and care, when not good light at Globe, better for girls defaults You see less.
