The law does not mean what EihTooms says it does. anyone reading the plain language definition of a prostitution establishment cannot logically or legally come to the conclusion below.

Only in a "prostitution establishment", which is forbidden by law to own, run, manage, work in or patronize in Thailand.

Stay out of them. No "brothels" for you. And while you are in that environment for those publicly-stated purposes, see if by luck one, two or more people age 18 or older who strike your fancy approach you and discreetly offer and personally consent to exchange sex for money with you. Then if she or they discreetly agree to your offer or you discretely agree to hers or theirs, go right ahead and the both or all of you move along to private quarters to discretely engage in the sex and the payment you all agreed upon.

I am a tough grader, for example, even Margot Robbie on a great day would only get a 9 star rating from me and a top Thai bar girl would have to be an absolute stunner to receive a 7.5 star rating from me. Add to that it is very hard to tell from one amateur photo what is really going on, so I will refrain from giving a star rating to Sam's girls.
