The Constitution is a framework charter, NOT codified code

Uh! Since when do you need to be in support of a particular party, to answer a question about another political party (or non-political entity)?

Why all the hestantancy? You posted stuff on the (neither party is mine) Repubs or Dems, before, when criticizing or praising them, when it suit your needs, over stuff like one single-issue voting, only about 3 or 4% of Americans, even care about. So what's so different or difficult, about me asking the following question?

So the question still remains, "What has the administrative party in power (both houses), the (neither party is mine) Repubs, done for Americans?".

While the Constitution says nothing about political parties or "the loyal opposition" it also says nothing about primaries, the cabinet, executive agencies, judicial review, the filibuster, the administrative state, either, but they exist as extra-constitutional institutions or articles and rules of law, that have emerged after ratification and are now regulated in part by constitutional law.

Again, as I've explained before, this is why we have constitutional law and constitutional lawyers, that give operational legal meaning in specific cases, since the constitution is a framework, in which to work within and not codified code.

Uh! Whether it's italics or not, I'm 100% pretty sure my italics, are only there to convey, the very wording you yourself have ardently used on multiple occasions to describe your political position and apparent disdain for the ("Neither Party is Mine") Repubs or Dems.

But when I write (neither party is mine) Repubs or (neither party is mine") Dems, how is this NOT an accurate description, describing your political position, as you've repeatedly written and told us as such, on multiple occasions?

To be clear once again, The Constitution is a framework charter of powers and limits, not a blueprint for every single specific institutional, political, judicial or civil case. The space in the administrative framework of the Constitution, is it left open by the Framers, so that through legislation, executive practice, judicial interpretation, and political involvement, can be filled in, through articles of law, statutes, precedent, and custom, over time.

You don't own any Bitcoin and neither does Vanguard!

Vanguard does not own Bitcoin in self-custody. The firm has explicitly stated it has no plans to launch its own Bitcoin ETF or hold cryptocurrency directly. Vanguard's policy restricts direct ownership and self-custody of digital assets for its clients. Period. Full Stop!

Vanguard is one of the world's largest asset managers and for years, it wanted nothing to do with Bitcoin.
That changed in December 2025, when the firm reversed course and opened its brokerage platform to third-party crypto ETFs.
But here's the key distinction investors need to understand: Vanguard now allows Bitcoin ETF trading on its platform it has not launched a Vanguard Bitcoin ETF of its own.
Vanguard does not offer its own Bitcoin ETF there is no Vanguard-branded product with a Vanguard ticker symbol.

As I said before, Bitcoin is a opt in system. No one owns it that does not deserve to. I am available for any further questions any of you International Tricks may have about Bitcoin. Even if you are a no coiner and are skeptical. I already put down much mis information in this thread about Bitcoin. My information has not been refuted.

Regulatory rule making has shifted from Congress to federal agencies after the CLARITY Act failed to advance due to the Democrats on September 15,2026. The SEC, CFTC, and Federal Reserve are rapidly drafting rules using existing authority to fill the void, with the SEC unveiling a tokenized-stock exemption and the Fed proposing stablecoin reserve rules under the GENIUS Act. The Trump Administration is a friend of Crypto. The Democrats are not.

What a bird brain like you does not get is that solar energy generation is based on square footage and how much space do you need to generate 8 billion watts of energy per day?
Who cares about your arcane propaganda fossil fuel math, when countries like Pakistan stands to save US $6.3 billion over the course of the year through reduced oil and gas imports, following an estimated US $12 billion saved between 2021 and early 2026, using simple rooftop solar. https://energyandcleanair.org/the-he...hormuz-crisis/

And you would need battery capacity to store 4 billion watts of power when the sun went down and you are still going to need hundreds of thousands of gallons of diesel in case there is not adequate sun.
Oh really! Has anyone in Trumpland and MAGA world, on Earth #2, heard of:
    • Rooftop solar? On/Offshore wind? Tidal-wave power? Where NO illegal wars to misappropriate land, Venezuelan oil, Iranian LNG or propaganda MAGA math is need.
    • A well know fact, that the top 10 countries in the world, with the most golf courses, with dedicated land to golf, is significantly larger than the land used for utility-scale solar or wind. In the UK specifically, there is roughly six times more land for golf courses than for solar. https://www.sheffieldfoe.co.uk/2026/...ly-create.html

So who cares about your fossil fuel propaganda math? NOT Pakistan or the Philippines!

The next shoe to drop (or domino to fall) is the Philippines (nipping at the heels of Pakistan), who in a single year, installed five times more rooftop solar than it had in the previous 10 years combined. Sky-high power bills push Pinoys to go solar, September 1st, 2026. https://www.philstar.com/business/20...oys-go-solar#1

And in Pakistan, their rooftop solar boom has been so rapid that in only two years, they've added as much generating capacity, as the country's entire fleet of fossil-fueled power plants.

But the other thing that links, both of these countries, is that they have some of the highest electricity prices in the world. So the Philippines, right behind Pakistan, is one of many countries in the Global South, following China's solar boom, and no doubt soon followed by batteries and EVs...etc, due to heavy load shedding and blackouts caused by your dumbass MAGA Fuhrer / Bonkers BiBi Israel illegal war against Iran.

    ..........
Now Vanguard is the largest shareholder in MicroStrategy (NASDAQ:MSTR), a firm whose value proposition is that it is the most established Bitcoin proxy in the stock market, Bloomberg reported on Monday.
    ..........
The disconnect between Vanguard's professed cryptocurrency stance and its financial holdings primarily comes from its passive index fund strategies through funds like the Vanguard Total Stock Market Index (NASDAQ:VITSX), Vanguard Extended Market Index (NASDAQ:VIEIX) and the Vanguard Growth Index Fund ETF (NYSE:VUG).
In one form or another that Total Stock Market Index Fund has contributed to a more comfortable life and retirement for me. Glad I have been in it under one or another name for decades. I appreciate the incomparable level of critical diversification it has provided over the typically great Dem presidential times and the typically crap Repub presidential times.

The inarguable pattern continues. I'll take the previous 20 months under Biden vs the recent 20 months under Trump anytime.

Hey Elvis, let me know how the flight on Azul goes if you decide to fly with them. They fly out of FLL which is a big plus as far as I am concerned because MIA is such a hassle. My only issue with Azul is trying to book an enlarged legroom seat is difficult on their website. But the idea of flying into VCP sounds intriguing because I would take advantage of that arrival destination and visit Fazendinha Night Club for a few nights at long last before driving down to SP.

Hey ShooBree, While I agree with you that the final outcome in the war is a forgone conclusion, the mullahs are still not finished yet and like a wounded predatory animal they can still cause pain and suffering to those in the line of fire. All the left wing & pro terrorist histeria reminds me of how the left behaved in the 1980's when President Reagan put ballistic missiles into NATO countries and told the world about a "star wars" new defensive military shield he would erect over North America. The left called him President Rayguns and there were riots in England and Brussels. Then Reagan met with Gorbachev in Iceland and told the leader of the Soviet Union in calm and certain terms the US would spend the Soviets under the table on military outlays. Gorbachev knew his nation could not keep up with the spending and that was the beginning of the end for the Soviet Union. Soon thereafter that meeting Poland broke free and then the Berlin Wall came down, Germany was reunited and Eastern Europe became free again. On a mongering note: the best girly scenes in the world were in Hungary and the Ukraine shortly after the Soviet collapse.

There will always be the crazies who for some reason want to see more bloodshed and terrorism in the world because they hate Western Civilization and want to see it destroyed. They are a sorry lot and more insane than ever before. The DSA are openly rooting for the murderous thugs in Teheran, no prisons, open borders, chemical castration of minors, trans men in women's sports and woman's bathrooms, stacking the Suprem Court of the US, doing away with the Presidency and the Senate of the US, and the indoctrination of our children in public schools. That is what they are running on in the US midterm elections. We live in extraordinary times.

I just did a very fast Google flight search and prices seem high to me. I believe that this is partly due to late seasonal pricing, but mainly due to the temporary high price of oil. Tourist punters wanting to travel to the LOS during high season and who have not purchased tickets already are out of luck and will have to pay up or they could wait a little bit until oil prices go back to the $75/ barrel range. It is up to them. Me, I would never go to Thailand during high season and if I lived in Thailand, I would have already made plans to leave and take a vacation somewhere else during the seasonal time of November through February. Talk about high prices: take a look at BKK hotels during December and January. We experience the same thing here in the free state of Florida and most Floridians can't wait until the "snow birds" go back home at the end of the season.

I disagree with the undeclared military action against Iran. I consider it illegal. It is driving up the cause of fuel in the Dis United States of America and worldwide. It is driving up inflation in the Dis United States of America. It is driving up the PPI in the Dis United States of America. It is driving up interest rates that the bond vigilante are demanding in order to loan the Dis United States of America the nearly 40 Trillion Dollars it needs to operate the government. Plus the Government of the Dis United States of America is adding 2 Trillion more to the deficit each year.

Under U.S. domestic law, the strikes were conducted without a formal declaration of war or specific congressional authorization. While the War Powers Resolution requires the president to terminate hostilities within 60 days unless Congress acts, the administration argues that Article II grants the commander-in-chief inherent authority to use force for "sufficiently important national interests" as long as the operation does not constitute "war in the constitutional sense." Critics, including several legal scholars and senators, contend that the scale and duration of "Operation Epic Fury" exceed presidential authority, noting that no existing Authorization for Use of Military Force (AUMF) covers Iran.

He does not know how to shop and just wants to gripe. One way ticket from LA to Bangkok on October 25 is a whopping $400.

Airlines have the right to play the futures markets and can dictate what they want to pay for fuel. This is gasoline not jet fuel but this is the same chart with all refined products, and the trend has been the same whole war. https://oilprice.com/futures/gasoline/

Today you can buy gasoline at $3.41 a gallon or you can say, "No, I would rather pay $2.80 in three months" because that is what the future's price is. So the spot price can be $4 in three months but you have locked in $2. 80 per gallon as an airline.

Point is that unless you know for a fact a given airline has not locked in prices you do not know what is causing higher airfares.

And AH, you need to know how to shop for fares too I used the flexible dates feature on skyscanner.com to find the lowest prices and then you look for hubs where there is airline competition. In general, that means the NYC area for Europe, San Fran and LA for Asia, and the Miami area for South America.

The Effect of Geopolitical Events on Oil Prices on Airline Tickets

I thought this was more or less obvious, but perhaps I was wrong, so let me explain these variables using myself as a real-life example.

    1. So, I was in Sao Paulo in May & June 2026 having a real good time with my branca mistress every night and hitting the SP clinicas every other afternoon for a little variety. But then I started thinking it was a fucking long time since I was in the LOS, and I kind of missed the place.

    2. But the Iran War was kicking up a fuss (the interruption of gulf oil tanker flow) and WTI (West Texas Intermediate) crude oil prices had gone over $100/ barrel. I knew that would have a negative effect on Airline tickets to BKK, but I took a look see anyway and yep, prices were sky high, so I put my idea on hold.

    3. In July I was back home in the free state of Florida (mango season) and all the news was about a possible deal between the USA and the Mullahs and WTI (crude oil) prices were back around $72/ barrel, so I took a look at Airline ticket prices to BKK again and guess what? They had gone down more than the price of crude. I guessed that demand for air travel and declined substantially when oil was above $100 and had not picked up sufficiently YET since oil was back under $75/ barrel and thus the airlines' nonlinear profit maximizing algorithms were telling the airlines to lower their seat price to sell a bunch of tickets and stimulate demand. In other words, I saw an opportunity to get what I wanted, a ticket to BKK as part of an around the world series of flights at a really good price.

    4. So, I started shopping around for tickets to fly from MIA to GRU to BKK to FLL. The cheapest flights from GRU to BKK changed planes in the Gulf. The next cheapest flights changed planes in Istanbul. And the most expensive flights, although historically still a pretty good, changed flights in Paris or Amsterdam, or Germany. There were no transpacific flights from GRU to BKK. I knew instantly the Emirates were too risky no matter how cheap it was. The Istanbul route was the most reasonable and made a lot of sense, but what got me to pay up for one of the most expensive route was that GRU to AMS was on KLM and the connecting flight to BKK was Thai Airlines (always a favorite of mine and usually too expensive to consider), but not this time, so I booked GRU to BKK with KLM / Thai. And I also booked separately all the other necessary flights my travel plans required, all at a very good prices thanks to the prevailing momentary view that Iran and the USA were close to a deal and the airlines were offering big bargains to stimulate demand as a result.

    5. So, guess what: the Mullahs and the USA did not reach a deal, and it looks like Trump is going to wipe them off the face of the planet after the November elections. Anyway, this is the current worldwide opinion and whether it foretells the future or not, WTI crude oil prices are back up to $100/ barrel AND Airline tickets to BKK are super expensive again. Quelle surprise!

    6. Thus, this is my best advice to all ISG punters who want to visit BKK or Pattaya, or CGK or MNL and do not have airline tickets: Relax and take it easy. Oil prices will go back to the $70 range once the world has a better idea of what is going to happen in the Gulf. Trump and the Mullahs may reach a deal and then oil prices will fall big time. Trump and the Mullahs may not reach a deal in which case Trump will hit the Iranian infrastructure and wipe out their electric grid. Oil may go higher after that in the short run, but eventually the regime will crumble and when it does oil prices will drop below $70/ barrel and airline tickets to BKK will be offered at bargain basement prices for a short time thereafter.

    7. So, buckle your seatbelts, it may be a bumpy ride, but eventually everything will be ok. In the meantime, Americans who want to get their dick's wet should go to Tijuana or Costa Rica, or Cartagena for some fun and you Europeans should stay put and enjoy your FKK's. Me, I played the game pretty good even if I do say so myself, so I will be with the Missus in Sao Paulo in October and do my long-awaited BIG TRIP starting in early March 2027 in Sao Paulo and then landing in BKK right after Songkran.

I understand that we all enjoy shagging pretty girls, but at the same time I think we all should keep in mind that there ARE more important issues at hand. Getting rid of this terrorist regime in Iran will give the entire middle east a chance at a new way of living without killing and terrorizing each other. Think what it would be like to fly into Teheran one day and have great times in some nightclubs with the local girls. 555/ KKK.

I really tried hard to ignore the genocide your terrorist regime has been doing in Palestine and pedophile ring your people have been running but flight path uncertainty was my red line.

Actually on ISG that is the priority. Now I understand this is the American Politics. But not having empathy for the plight of the situation for another International Trick is for me beyond the pale.

I also oppose the illegal, undeclared military action against Iran also. My travel plans are not affected because I take the pacific route back to my country of origin when needed. But I know many friends have had theirs delayed or altered.

The war is bankrupting the Dis United States of America. Driving inflation higher. Driving interest rates higher. Driving the cost of diesel fuel higher. I don't see it helping out me or my fellow citizens who are poor like me at all. Opt out of the system. STACK SATS.

    Neither Party is mine!
