Posts: 7745Most senior members post here ain't shit just hos and tricks. But they are Senior!
Bro, I would exchange information with you if I had any. I have only been in Tulips one time to look around. My tour guide says you can make any request as long as you do it privately and discreetly. There was a line up of 8 girls. Two that I liked. But the tour was not over and I much more to see. With the exception of Tulips none of the places I was shown have ever been covered here on ISG. I know this for sure because named searched and I was the first person to mention Mira. Then a senior member has a problem with my post a month after I made it.
I am glad you decided to push back. You have nailed it. Senior members have lost what it means to exchange information. Check out the attitude of this Senior member:

I am a senior member and I continue to exchange information. A ISG brother wrote to ask me for the profile names of the new 18 and 19 year olds on Thai Friendly. I sent them to him most ricky tick. They are not my girls just my turn. Some senior members have yet to learn this.

On a personal note: I'll meet any Senior Member at the Bus Bar, in Tree Town, Pattaya, Thailand if they wish to serve me court papers. Not concerned about it because I keep a Thai Attorney on retainer. But you better have your health insurance paid up. Make sure you are not writing a check that your ass can't cash. Because I will have a golf wedge in my hand. I like to practice my short game and afterwards have a drink. That is why I will have it with me.

Posts: 7970The fix for that is easy. Stop doing it.
SubCmdr, if you don't want to be hated and scorned by members of this Forum maybe you should stop defaming, impairing the reputation of and imputing in a manner likely to expose every other member of ISG to hatred and scorn by continually and repeatedly asserting on this online platform that what virtually every one of us post about regarding the mere exchange of money for sex with consenting adults age 18 and older in Thailand "is not legal in Thailand" and therefore makes all of us sex criminals?

Which, if you succeed in your apparent mission to accomplish exactly that, is a hell of a lot more defaming and impairing to the reputation of everyone on this Forum than simply pointing out what you are literally telling the world on this public online platform about us, our behavior and our activities in post after post.
What were those Sections again? Oh yes. Has everyone made a note of that? Keep it handy.

Posts: 7970Thanks for another report supporting my contention and not yours
Great! Another report that serves as a perfect example for no arrests "for prostitution", as in the mere exchange of money for sex among consenting adults, and instead for other things. LOL. And you had to go all the way back to 2018 to find it for me.

29 busted, massive fine threatened after Pattaya sex party

Yes, as I have warned you before, don't patronize publicly-advertized illegal prostitution establishments, don't force anyone to participate in your prostitution party and don't do your naughty business openly in front of the hotel staff. Oh, and if you are thinking of running a commercial sex for money / prostitution establishment, be prepared to get busted and fined.Police arrested 28 naked foreigners and Thais in a raid of sex party at an illegal hotel in Pattaya.
..........
The hotel, featuring 30 rooms and a play zone spread over a rai of property, has been open for five years, but was never licensed.
..........
Pattaya police have asked Banglamung District Chief Naris Niramaiwong to close the hotel and after calculating the fines and per-day penalties for such an offense, recommend to Chon*buri Province that owner, Chinese national Xeng-chai Yang, 53, be fined 18 million baht.
He also was arrested and additionally faces charges of offering sexual services, public indecency, encouraging public indecency, and operating an illegal sex business.
Staffers were forced to serve the swinging guests hot tea, clean up their mess and even join in the sex games, Naris said.
The district chief added that the hotel had openly advertised its weekend sex parties on the internet, but admitted authorities remained oblivious to it until receiving a complaint.
However, as you can see in your linked report, you and any other consenting adults who are exchanging sex for money behind closed doors will not get busted for that. Therefore, avoid the prostitution-related violations clearly cited in your report and you and your party have not done anything illegal or a crime in Thailand.
But I've got to ask; did you know that report would only support my contentions about prostitution and refute yours when you found it and posted it or did you just learn about that now?

So, the SubCmdr took a quote from one of my posts entitled "The Effect of Geopolitical Events on Oil Prices on Airline Tickets" in the American Politics thread that had nothing to do with his prostitution rants in this particular thread and then he used my quote in the Rants thread to bolster whatever he is trying to bolster here. You are very dishonest and confused, Mr. Sub, and I honestly believe you are having a mental breakdown. Maybe it is time you to take a break from you hyper posting and personal attacks so you can compose yourself a little and get your head straight.

Posts: 7745A few thoughts from The Cmdr
I was going to quit posting. As you have seen I have been taking a withering beat down from Senior Members. They are tapping out, tapping in, ganging up, calling for back up. But then, I got a message from a brother who told me that they had found some of the information I shared outside of the RANTS thread useful and that I should keep up the good work. That was all I needed to realize that there is no information to be found here in the RANTS threads. It my mind it does not serve the purpose of ISG. I will let the pedantic mother fuck quoted it completely and correctly for you.
My real work remains outside of the RANTS thread. Which curiously no one takes issue with the information I am providing about Bangkok and Thailand except for one totally fucked up in the head Senior Member.
We shall go on to the end, we shall fight in France, we shall fight on the seas and oceans, we shall fight with growing confidence and growing strength in the air, we shall defend our Island, whatever the cost may be, we shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender, and even if, which I do not for a moment believe, this Island or a large part of it were subjugated and starving, then our Empire beyond the seas, armed and guarded by the British Fleet, would carry on the struggle, until, in God's good time, the New World, with all its power and might, steps forth to the rescue and the liberation of the old.

Posts: 7745A reminder to all International Tricks that Defamation in Thailand IS illegal?
In plain language and without question.
Exactly what was your problem with my post about Mira the club that I actually provided information on my experience when I went into to the club, but you were looking at the club from the outside and watching YouTube videos about it?

Aggravated defamation, known as Section 328 (Defamation by Publication), applies when the offense is committed via documents, films, broadcasts, or online platforms. This carries heavier penalties of imprisonment not exceeding two years and a fine not exceeding 200,000 Baht.

You going to tell me the girls in my rotation have Thai Boyfriends and Husbands when I know for a fact that they do not?
It should be noted the girl in my rotation make time for me. Never been a time I requested to see one of them and they were not available. In fact, they want to see me more than I want to see them. I'd prefer put work in on my screens and get paid!

Posts: 7970If you are asking me about it, I think it depends on a few things.
If they are consenting adults and everyone has discreetly agreed to do it in private and not as part of some organized commercial business or venue, then there is no Thai law forbidding it, citing it as a crime subject to arrest and charges.

But to be more precise in my response, according to the two determinitive documents there is no legal reason for the participants to be "older than 18". The Thai Penal Code and the Prevention and Supression of Prostitution Act of 1996 are both absolutely obsessive about stating the pertinent legal age for these things to be "age 18 or older", "having attained age 18" and so on. There is nothing legally pertinent about any particular age older than 18. Nothing new or different happens in this regard for someone at age 19, 20, 21 or older than that.

The hooker knew very well that her career choice is so not illegal and not a crime in Thailand that she naturally assumed there were some laws on the books protecting her right to the money she felt she was owed for the fucking and sucking. And in fact she is on the right track with that line of thinking. Several Citations and Sections in the Code and Act are elaborately written to make sure everyone understands that only the person doing the fucking and sucking for the money gets to keep and spend the money. No third party interlopers, pimps, procurers, moms, dads or boyfriends age 16 or older are to get a cut of that perfectly legally earned money or live off of it unless it can be shown they are under the prostitute's care and can't otherwise take care of themselves.

Posts: 7970Every sentence in SubCmdr's linked report supports my contention and not his
I have no idea how much of the quotes below from the report SubCmdr linked previously will survive the Admin / Mod editing process. The problem is virtually every sentence of the report could be quoted and highlighted to show how it supports my contention about it that he erroneously disputes. LOL.
Therefore, it is very much worth clicking on the link to read the report in its entirety.
The initial complaints were about the venue staying open too late hours and employing foreign workers in jobs FOR WHICH foreign nationals are forbidden to work; prostitution being one of them. The violation is not PROSTITUTION, mind you, but because that is a line of work that foreign nationals are forbidden to work in Thailand. So is being a nail salon technician, BTW.
There is NO mention of any of those workers or any customer in the venue being arrested for prostitution.
The only prostitution-related crimes for which anyone was arrested and charged was of the owner, for running it as a commercial business procuring prostitutes wherein it was confirmed he collected the money to be transferred directly into his account specifically for acts of prostitution that were taking place openly in his commercial venue. All of which are crimes specifically cited in the Thai Penal Code and / or the Prevention and Suppression of Prostitution Act of 1996 and discussed here and elsewhere many times as being the violations and NOT for the mere exchange of money for sex between the consenting adults in question.
Owner of prostitution den fronting as Karaoke bar arrested Friday and charged by Chacheongsao Police

Late-night raid hits popular Chachoengsao karaoke bar after complaints of illegal hours and foreign workers. Undercover sting confirms prostitution offers. Eight foreign nationals arrested, and owner faces multiple charges after a coordinated police operation.
..........
The premises in central Chachoengsao were raided after intelligence suggested it was a den for prostitution and employed foreign women, particularly from Laos. The late-night raid confirmed this, and the owner was arrested and charged at Chachoengsao City Police Station. Employees and foreign nationals found on the premises were also arrested and taken to Chachoengsao District Office for processing, including later deportation.
..........
Authorities in Chachoengsao Province raided the notorious karaoke bar on March 27, 2026, following reports of operations beyond permitted hours and allegations of the venue employing foreign women to serve customers.
...........
Police multi unit team and move on Karaoke bar after complaints of late hours and foreign staff.
..........
Moreover, police intelligence suggested the bar employed Laotian and Cambodian nationals. Therefore, investigators began verification before launching the raid. Initially, undercover agents entered the venue posing as customers.
Inside, they observed staff movements and customer service activities. Certainly, police confirmed foreign workers were present during the visit. According to the undercover officers, the workers offered sexual services to customers. Furthermore, they also confirmed that prostitution was offered inside the venue.
Undercover officers confirm foreign workers and prostitution offered openly inside the venue.
Consequently, investigators prepared a sting operation based on the findings. Next, undercover agents arranged to pay for such services. Specifically, they transferred money to the bar owners account.
..........
During the raid, officers arrested one Cambodian national working as a housekeeper at the shop. In addition, they arrested seven Laotian nationals found inside the entertainment venue. Officials and police then checked the immigration and employment status of each detainee.
According to officers at the scene, three Laotian nationals had no work permits. Meanwhile, two had work permits but worked outside the permitted job category. In addition, two others had entered Thailand illegally.
..........
Meanwhile, investigators also detained the shop owner at the scene. Police then filed multiple charges against him based on the findings. Specifically, he was charged as the owner of premises used for procuring prostitution.

Posts: 7745Anyone who doesn't realize that the registered democrat, non-Thai citizen, non-member of the bar, pussy whipped mother fuck who lives in Bangkok, Thailand, who has made it his mission to make sure as many Thai Girls over the age of 18 enter prostitution comes into this thread to take out his frustrations of being collared by his girlfriend, tired of having her pull his leash at will, is not really looking at the total picture. I am just his current target.
He has been posting here since 2018 and making accusations that others are lying on their dick Based on what proof? The fact that he cannot do what others are doing when it comes to actually having sex with girls and therefore according to him it is not happening. Anyone who doesn't realize that this is just verbal (actually written for the pedantic among us) tennis for me. I build a point every time a make a post. After running him all over the court. I hit a winner down the line and end his pain.
Provoked? No one has to read or respond to my posts. In addition if you do as others have suggested and don't quote me, no one who does not want to read anything that I write ever has to see it.
Undisputed Fact
In the history of ISG there has never been a legal opinion presented that said: prostitution is legal in Thailand.
The purpose of this Forum is to facilitate the exchange of information between men who are looking for sex with women.
Did I get it right? I know if I didn't our pedantic mother fuck will correct me.
ROTFLMAO!
