Combine the data inputs, and pick. To avoid disappointment upstairs, while downstairs, quietly confirm with your pick that she can complete the desired tasks.

IF all the old staff has departed, then perhaps you can TOFTT and provide some current intel.

Left click the user's handle in the leftmost column.

In the pop-up menu, left click "View Forum Posts".

Search results will show, for each post found:

Thus, if you click on my handle, see my posts, you'll see that besides criticism, I also share knowledge that I've gained, all there for the taking. Being able to see the first 2 lines makes it relatively easy to find intel over comments. I'm just using myself as an example, not looking for any accolades. When I read a useful post from a member, I'll also see what else he has to say (and yes, I did this with you so did see your contributions). While my intel might not be the most recent, the shops are still there, and a check of the rosters will determine if "she" is also there. And the posts' dates provide an indication of staleness. It might not be the MOST efficient way, but it does have the advantage of DIY, not needing to depend on others. Plus, as you read one post, you might see an adjacent one that is also interesting. Certainly it does work to gather names, shops. Might not be for everyone, but it's worked for me for a LONG time.

Finally, again, seriously, there is also the "nuke" option, the "Ignore List". Left click on a user's handle, left click on View Profile, and select Add to Ignore List. Poof. His-toe-ree.

You really need to go out more as you're obviously a very frustrated individual with far too much time on your hands, which clearly comes out in your pedantic replies.

I am a regular to Tulip for more than a decade now, never faced this situation.

I've called and booked BB and when I went to the shop someone else came and held my hand. I was politely stating I've booked Bebe / BB, but she claimed her name is Sudisa BB and she is the one was booked. Nowhere to find the actual 'BB'. Couple of other girls in the fish tank who knows me well stepped up to clarify the situation, but the girl and cashier was pretty adamant to this. So please be aware when you phone and book.

I took the usual Cindy sometime after and it was nice performance as always! Cheers.

That IS disappointing. My solution has always been, get HER contact (LINE) for a DIRECT status check. The good (and bad, depending) thing with LINE is you can see if your message has been read. Has kept me in contact with my favs for YEARS (e.g. , the covid "gap", no problem when things opened up again, and by "things" I was NOT referring to the ladies but travel). I'll still book with the shop, just keeps everyone on the same page.
