Congratulations on a successful moving to the new server everybody! Time to finally post the last piece of my summer adventures.

Let's talk about online scene in Rio de Janeiro. As always, the online experience was "so-so", average at best. On a positive note I can say that I contacted almost all of my bookmarked in advance garotas. Did not session with everyone, of course. Some were too far away, some were too expensive or bitchy, some asked for money upfront etc. Some thought that I was fake, LOL. I can recommend to have believable photo in your Whatsapp profile, it helps to establish a contact.

Websites I used:

1. Photoaccompanhantes. Classic famous widespread in Latin America group of websites. Very popular in Brasil, but it has many flaws. A lot of fake ads, privees pretending to be individuals, individuals pretending to be privees, photoshopped photos, AI-enhanced photos, AI-generated photos. Recently they decided to implement that stupid ass age verification system to comply with law regulations. One week before my trip goddammit! You could not even browse the ads without face verification. The face verification system was on another shady website, it took me 3 days to just make it work. With fake moustache and grimaces I passed it, LOL. One girl whom I visited via photoaccompanhantes confirmed that this new system reduced the flow of clients for more than 50%.

Despite of being full of supply, photoaccompanhantes rarely provided me a good experience (exept the times when an "individual" garota turns out to be a privee like Belprazer that gave me good lineup and prices). There were times when I visited 5 chicks in a row, rejecting one after another. This trip, sadly, was not the exception. I struggled to find someone young, slim, good looking and not fake among all those ads with fat asses, shabby bodies and old faces.

-- found some tiny slim young looking garota. She looks like slightly tomboy-ish asian girl in denim shorts. Of course they directed me to Siqueira Campos 43 on Copacabana. Sent her a whole video from my balcony at Copacabana. She sent me her supposed "selfie" back. So far so good. Arrived at her location, nice business building near Botafogo station. Had to show my fake passport again to enter. Well. . . It is her on photos, but either they were taken 10 years ago, or more likely were AI-enhanced. Still good thicc juicy body (for 35-ish year old woman), but much older face almost without makeup which made it even more older. And an old raspy smoker voice. . .

It was my last day in Rio, I did not have much time, I was tired, I had too much sex during last 2,5 weeks, so I stayed. Didn't take 1 hour 2 pops option, only 30 min and 1 pop. Around 300 reais. The best feature in my opinion is their verification video. They oblige garotas to upload a real video showing real body and sometimes face. Also website force them to fill the description completely, age, height, weight, detailed list of services, etc. My best findings during this trip were from FatalModels. Some of them were described in details in Manaus forum.

Little useful tip. If you bookmark the profile you like, do not just save the link. Save the phone number as well. Because sometimes website tries to lure you to buy paid subscription and hides phone numbers. It also looks like you can read user comments without paid subscription, using some Telegram bot.

They do not force age verification laws at all which is another huge advantage. FatalModels even has branded brothels in Curitiba. With their logo on the walls, towels etc.

Garotas however ask higher prices there. Can be 50% more on FatalModels than on photoaccompanhantes, if garota advertise on both websites. Some garotas use only FatalModels (they told me personally).

Nice "Philippine" and "Keira Knightley on ozempic" were described in Manaus section. In Rio I contacted "sumisa magrinha". Some gipsy-looking favela girl, slim and petite, mulata or dark-skinned branca. She promised unlimited fvck, anal, some BDSM, rough hardcore action etc. We agreed to meet next morning for 3 hours. Unfortunately she lived somewhere near Nova Iguasu district, which was more than 1 hour of Uber drive one way to Flamengo. We agreed that I wake her up at 6 am and she comes by 8 am. At 7 am next morning she started to play hide and seek, ask stupid questions and ask for more time. That was Monday morning, heavy traffic made the ride more than 2 h long. Garotascomlocal did not provide me anything interesting, but my frend used it with great success in cities like Curitiba and Florianapolis.

Concerning barravipsrio. It is a high stakes risky game with overpriced bimbo. Some of those "elite" girls used to place ads on photoaccompanhantes.

Skokka. Good alternative to photoaccompanhantes, but it also has a lot of generic ads and scams. Used it with a questionable success in Manaus.

Riosexsite. Looks like a cheaper clone of barravipsrio with the same chicks. Did not test.

Private55 - does not have many garotas.

Acompanhantes10 - for some reason does not have ads posted after March 2026.

It has nothing to do with Rio, just to clarify misunderstandings regarding Salvador Carnival T-shirts.

In the Salvador Carnival there are three circuits: Dodô, Osmar, and Batatinha (Pelourinho). Dodô and Osmar have blocos with trio elétricos. To participate in a bloco you need to buy a abadá. The abadá is a T-shirt that works like a ticket to participate inside that specific bloco. The most popular blocos can cost like up to 3000 reais. The less popular blocos are quite cheap. The people who party on the street, outside the blocos are called pipoca.

Just to be clear, I don't have a firsthand working knowledge of such t-shirts. I have only seen them on-line and been told about the Salvador Carnival. I have generally avoided the peak season.

Some Brazilians say Rio Carnival is for tourists. Salvador Carnival is for Brazilians. There are plenty of YouTube videos of the festivities.

There is a theme on some days during Salvador Carnival, not sure if there is a theme for each day. One of the themes is Filhos de Gandhy (Sons of Gandhi). Many Brazilians wear costume that reflect the theme, and some wear t-shirt. In general in the main street circuit, there is no limitation of where you can go with or without t-shirt. I did wear a theme t-shirt for a couple of days so I can't say it for sure but I have never been stopped.

There are more than one circuit and the performance rotates between them. I feel the one in Barra is spectacular.

This is just my observation to help fill a more complete picture.

When you buy and wear the official t-shirt, you are allowed access to follow the mobile stage on which the band is performing. There are various band performing concurrently.

Thanks for your comments, everyone. I think you're all right. Spanish is my real interest and learning it is my biggest hobby, so I'll keep going with that. I'll check out Rio without trying too hard to learn Portuguese and then (if I really like Brazil), I'll make the time commitment to learn Portuguese as well for future trips.

One last question for you guys. Is it worth it to go to Rio during Carnaval for the first trip, or is it overrated? And do the prices for the girls go up significantly during Carnaval as well?

Yes, it's worth it and yes, it's overrated. You need to visit it once, and put the been there done that stamp on it. It's more than just high prices and tourist trap. The electricity is real and palpable. Mr. E compared it to Mardi Gras, I think the comparison is fair (it celebrates the same occasion, LOL), but Rio celebrations add their own carioca-infused insanity.

Speaking of high prices. I remember arriving in Rio without an accommodation, but I had a friend in Rio, so I wouldn't have been sleeping on the street. That was nearly 20 years ago, so no Airbnb yet. Next day I rented an apartment from a local broker for everyday, not Carnival-inflated price, but it all depends on your risk tolerance level. There will be a reality check for many landlords and rental managers, 2-3 days after the Carnival starts.

Push comes to shove, there are love motels to get a roof over your head.

Of course, programas cost more, but not crazy more from what I remember, and termas stay open too, kkkk.
