One of my colleagues just recently returned from Pak. Everything is available but quality can be hit or miss there. Islamabad and Lahore have ok selections although it takes some work to zero in and work out where they are. There are also some brothels in good residential areas to help guys out. The country is going through crisis and it has forced lot of people to do work which otherwise they would not do. Price can range from 6000 PKR short time to upwards of 150-200 K depending on your budget. Most women work through agency / pimp hence not available directly. Independent can be found after you land there. ID is required for ladies at hotel check-in. Most 4/5 star hotels don't have issues but make sure you are away from any religious places / mosque.
