Goatscrot, and all those who are upset with me for whatever reason, I'd just like to say that it was never my intention to offend or anger anyone. If you take the time to read my posts, you will see two things. First, generally I do indeed provide identifying information. It was just this one girl that is the exception, and I explained the reasons for this before. I feel that it is within my right to make the decision, and don't particularly want to go through the whole thing again (and again, and again).
Second, I hope that my posts are not as worthless as you suggest, even without identifying information. If they are entertaining, great, but in reality, they should be informative. While they may not be of any use to you who has been there and done that, consider the perspective of those who have never been to BKK. Some of the details in my report might be useful to them, even more so than a specific name.
I had prepared lengthy responses on these and other points, but I'd rather draw a line under this issue and move on. If you decide to create a new thread, good luck with that (I personally think it is an unworkable idea) , but until then, I will continue with my next report.

Depends how you view the forum and maybe life in general. I enjoy reading new reports from places that are relevant to me and post ocassionaly. The report, stories and fights are all part and parcel of ISG and has been for past 10/15 years that I've been a member. Some boards are lame others are lively. I say theres room for all and for types theres room. No need for separate threads for " I fucked a girl for 500bht" " " I fucked one for less than that" or " I got one from Rainbow pt 1" " I got one from rainbow pt 2" " I ate tomyam" " I ate somtam". Leave it all on one happy thread.I really hope your report is a sarcastic one, because actually the concept of Forums being divided into separate thread topics is very sensible. Many of the threads here I am typically not opening as have no interest.
I don't like to see too much no mongering topics other than in the general thread, which I don't have to read if I don't want to. If there is an STDs thread, an can ignore all of Pink Pearl's paranoia in there. So a Stories thread would have its benefits.
Unlike yourself, I don't want to read on every possible topic. In the case of raving nutters, I do add some to my ignore list.
The only thing that prevents the threads working properly is the people posting stuff irrelevant to the thread. This is mostly caused by a large lack of Thread moderation.

But a lot of people read this forum when preparing for their first trip to Thailand. I know I did. As such perhaps they want to read about what actually happens post bar-fine and what they can expect when they get a girl back to their room. Also I suspect a lot of people use this site as a bit of escapism back home between trips (I fall into this category at the moment). In-depth reports from the front-line like Kumbu's add much-needed interest to this forum and are a welcome diversion from the usual bickering about tipping, riding bare-back and sim-cards.

This may not make much difference to people who know Bangkok, but for first timers it might make it easier.

the exertions of mango were easily alleviated by some tasty but expensive dinner at the emporium. that's an often under-appreciated fact about bkk: that the food options are numerous, both in terms of quality as well as price. in so many places that you go to monger, the food options are limited to very basic things, e. g, pork, beans and rice, or sausages with french fries, or something nasty like that. but bkk offers a huge variety of foods, provided you are not set on exactly what you get back home. for example, if i am looking for mama's pizza, i ain't finding it in bkk: not even in the emporium. but if i am willing to try something new, something spicy, and something unnervingly exotic, i am very likely to get a kick in the taste buds along with that kick in the balls from the mongering.
afterwards i powered up at the starbucks at the emporium. i asked for a quad red eye, and it just took forever to explain what this meant. four shots of espresso, yes, four shots, into coffee, yes, regular coffee. no, not water, no not an americano, i want four shots of espresso into a cup of coffee. no, not a quad americano. look, make four shots of espresso into this cup, and then fill it up with coffee. yes, coffee, coffee. coffee. not water. coffee.

And if you said something like,"It's not an Americano, it's just four shots of espresso in a cup filled with coffee", they heard "Blah blah blah 'Americano', blah blah blah 'four shots of expresso'". I usually have better luck telling them how to make it rather than what it is,"Put four shots of espresso into a cup and then fill it with brewed coffee." Even this isn't perfect because you are placing your order with someone who is not making it.
Regarding barfining mamasan, I've never actually done it, but I've plenty of times joked with mamasan about it. Never have they been insulted. Saying coffee isn't such a stretch since the Thai equivalent sounds vaguely similar and anyone working at Starbucks sure is going to know what it means. But is it me or does Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks coffee taste like [CodeWord140] (http://isgprohibitedwords.info?CodeWord=CodeWord140) compared to in my native country? Even Mcdonald's burgers which were never good to begin with taste a little inferior here. I use them occasionally as sleeping medication rather than food.

The exertions of Mango were easily alleviated by some tasty but expensive dinner at the Emporium. That's an often under-appreciated fact about BKK: that the food options are numerous, both in terms of quality as well as price. In so many places that you go to monger, the food options are limited to very basic things, e. G, pork, beans and rice, or sausages with french fries, or something nasty like that. But BKK offers a huge variety of foods, provided you are not set on exactly what you get back home. For example, if I am looking for Mama's Pizza, I ain't finding it in BKK: not even in the Emporium. But if I am willing to try something new, something spicy, and something unnervingly exotic, I am very likely to get a kick in the taste buds along with that kick in the balls from the mongering.Kumbu, I have been a long time lurker in this forum. When I first started seeing your posts, I said to myself, he's one of those long winded posters who just want to test their writing skills. I was wrong! Everyone's mileage will vary and all stories are anecdotal, but still interesting of course and may teach us a lesson.

I think there is a correlation between the price and girl's looks but little correlation between the price and the performance, except that when I don't negotiate a price at all, I get more control to vary the payment based on how well she tried to please. Day 1.
