If you arrive by MRT, take exit 1, wait for traffic light to walk across the street. Turn right and walk toward the temple. You will come across the Far East Tone store. Turn left into the alley. The shops in this alley is more reputable if you want to experience it. You can ask the shop to explain how it works. The system is similar to KTV. The hostess are shared so they don't stay long. If you want them to stay, check with the host to learn the condition. When you reach the cross street, turn right. This is the more sleazy areas. Most of them are scams. If you want sex, don't be surprised that sex isn't real. If you get good looking one in the beginning, that is likely a bait if she leave and never come back. I won't carry more the 1500 with me in this area. You may be surprised how little money they expect. They will accept what you have on you and promise full service. Guangzhou Street is the main street. If you face Longshan Temple, it is to your left. There are vendors at night in the middle of the street and stores on both sides. Ladies on both sides when busy but more concentration on the left. These ladies in this section have miles on them. But, walking a little further, you will see an entrance to an alley. In the alley are many different tea houses and Karioke bars that you can enter. Ladies are all around. Younger, nicer girls are usually hidden away. You will be approached many times. I have found that the deal made and time allotted varies greatly. I have sometimes spent an hour or more and sometimes have had the sneaky woman excuse herself and never come back. But in my many trips there, that is not the norm. The alleys lead to a plethora of other alleys. There is all kinds of action going on. Huaxi is a mixed bag. The streets are the older ladies and the deal must be made in the street with respect to your needs and price.
