Today I went to O2 Spa in famous mall of be. Hills. This is one of the worst Spa without any massage technique they are charging high. Not a hygienic no ambience. And even I'm not sure they can provide any extras as there is no such signs.

I'm not a senior, but in my limited experience, it is unlikely that you will experience any luck in 5*/ premium hotels or even big malls. Though their massages are really good and totally a class apart.

Got lucky at a River named spa recently, will share experience in separate post soon.
