The L spa was not a good adieu to 2016. The massage was good but no extra at all. Was shot down very candidly and referred to M spa. Good spa but no attached bathroom is a turn off even for a good massages.

Both of them looks like gay (trust me guys I am not biased), but they were supportive to me while talking to NB customer care. Even he talked to NB customer care and helped me. Anyway, KA -and is in my black list now.

I was little excited since I have seen multiple FRs (pretty old though) from seniors on KA -and and thought lets try it. Got the NB coupon and called them and asked for a slot. Reached 10 minutes before and met the receptionist guy. There was one more guy who could recognize me since he talked to me on phone and assigned the slot. My mistake was I did not talk any thing about therapist. I assumed its definitely F2 m. The guy who was in reception shown me the room and asked me to change and I told him to send some good therapist. After 10 minutes, to my surprise the same guy who was in reception came with a bowl of oil for massage. I realized he is the one who going to do the massage. I asked him if any female therapist available (While I was changing in my room, I saw there was a lady going from one room to another and got a hint definitely there is F2 m) First he said there is extra charge for f therapist and its 2 k. NB coupon is not applicable. Later he said f therapist is not available here and only m2 m massage. I said I would just walk away and do not want to go for massage. Came out from the room and talked to other guy and he said no F2 m is done there. I was confused and asked him to pay me by cash or paytm since he already redeemed the NB coupon but he denied to do so. I had to call customer care two times and after 15 minutes, NB said it will get refunded within 24 hrs.
