So, this inde number has been shared with me by quite few senior folks here.

One fine day, I give her a call. No response. No worries. I give it a try again next day. She answers. I tell her in Hindi about ref person who gave me the number. Outright cuts the call.

In the mean time, I check with my senior friend if there is any trick to get to her but there's none.

I try again. This time she hands over to some lady (probably who lends her the room for service), she knows Hindi. I fix time for following week day as they don't operate on sun.

I call her in the evening before the day. She hears me and cuts the call. I give her one last call the next day to check her availability, no reply.

So much for inde experience. Feels like a stalker. Sigh!
