Your answer is in 2 parts bro.

I'd like to share some insights on this topic.

Glans has a very sensitive PH range and it can move points basis exposure to corrosive detergents which make it more acidic.

Never use soap, use coconut oil generously which is not only anti bacterial but also PH neutral. After BJ ensure you wash it with a topical solution of 5 drops of non synthetic apple cider (with mother) and dilute thi with 100 ML water and clean the glans and tip thoroughly, tingling sensation will be there for 5 to 10 minutes but it is a sure shot way to kill manifesting bacteria and neutralize the PH.

Never use bar soaps and shower gels.

Unfortunately no, there isn't any proactive vaccination available. Caution is the best vaccine.

This is s scary topic but not as scary as I am making it sound, with proper precaution like oral hygiene and sticking to known WAG's (though there is no guarantee) risk of transmission can be contained.

This was my final mongering outing before leaving the city.
