I don't think it's a scam. I have also had a similar experience. But that girl is no longer in India. I was first asked to come to Spatti and from there, I was asked to come 4 more kms. I had a similar experience. Not sure if it's the same afro. I was asked to come near spatti bus stand and share the live location. She sent me another location and I reached there. It was an individual house with few other afro girls living together. Luckily, not got scammed. She said that this procedure is followed by them to make sure its not cops.
