Do you mean tomboys, or lady boys? The former are biologically female, but who are somewhat masculine in their rough and tumble ways. I love tomboys. So after the massage I went back and relaxed in the room. Took a shower and surfed the net on understanding how Russian culture works since I was about to meet the Ruski treat.

Some people is quick, or more sensitive to realize that things are not exactly as they seem, that smiles are more a to lay a demarc than denote friendliness, have ever heard about the 13 types of Thai smiles? Pretty much any foreigner that has been in Thailand long enough (which is not very long) will tell you how completely xenophobic and nationalist they are. All it takes is to learn few Thai insults and listen to what kids say behind your shoulders when you go by. Most often the first impression a Latino person will have about Asians, is that they are false and hypocrites, which of course is a racist cliche', but there must be some reason why that is perceived? By the way, the comment about the police is also pretty much spot on. Not many Thais have the guts to oppose or mess with them even when in the right. That is product of a generally repressive and authority exalting society. A cast system without the casts being officially delineated (except for the Royal Family.) Without getting in more details and stories, how which there is a billion, I understand the first sight shock. Of course many foreigners (openly or not) absolutely love these negative aspects of the Thai society, and are actually happy to live isolated just to see that discrimination and injustice is ever tougher for others.

Wow. Ladyboys are everywhere even in the malls. Just ask the chosen one, she will tell you if she's a ladyboy. One would have to say avoid everywhere. There are some very nice 1000% lady's in the places you plan to avoid.

I am inexperienced in Thailand. This is only my second trip. I put the over / under of concentration of LBs on Soi 7 at 30% with some questionable specimens. Silver Star go go on Soi 7 about 250 m from the beach charges around 85-95 be for Heineken but 110 bht for water. Bar fine is the standard 700 and 400 bht for room plus 2 k to girl for ST. That is a whopping 3100 bht (comparable to walking St where girls can be not too old). Some of the dancers have nice bodies but a lot of the dancers are on the wrong side of 30. I went at 1 am this morning and probably won't return. The staff was friendly and cordial and the girls shoot out ice cubes out of their vaginas. On a motorbike I saw a very nice lady wearing blk and pink the other night between soi 8 and bukhao. But it was well past 11 pm (fatigued) and I am budgeting my money so partying everyday of the week is out of the question since this is not an expense trip or short holiday.
