Having suffered on numerous holidays in 'Brit-Abroad' resorts, a few weeks with these noisy, rude, smelly and frugal Indians would be a delight.

Pattaya is full of arseholes from all over the globe.

Were you to keep a tally over the course of a month of every arsehole you met, I doubt the Indians would be top of the list.

That is unless your definition of an arsehole is 'an Indian'.

Guys, I'm heading out to Pattaya for mid-October. Looking forward to meeting and picking up a few nice girls, but in particular I am hoping to find a girl who can give a good GFE experience for a few days. If anyone has a recommendation that they can pass on by pm then I would be very grateful. I appreciate that it's lots to do with chemistry etc, but I made a similar request a year or so ago and one member was good enough to introduce me to a delightful young lady, who has since moved on. Anyhow, as another poster mentioned, I like how Thais are so blunt about discriminating against certain types. It's pretty funny to watch door people say "members only club" when middle easterners or south asians approach a gogo and then watch farang and northern asians let inside right in front of their noses. AMAZING THAILAND!!!

Last night when I was entering Mixx Disco there was a group of 4 Indian guys who they refused to let in. The guys kept asking why they could not go in. The security people were telling them to just go away.

Overall, Pattaya is cheaper (room, food, pussy) , and easier to live in than Bangkok. And definitely so, if your primary goal is mongering.

Bangkok is a mega-city with a lot to do if you are so inclined, plus good mongering.

Pattaya women are a little more relaxed than the ones in Bangkok. They like to have a fun time.

I like both, and they are only 1. 5 hours apart by fast taxi.

Cheapest would be condos typically the ones in which the locals stay.

Pattaya: 3 to 4, 000 baht a month in and around soi buakaow and south Pattaya road.

BKK: 4 to 5, 000 baht a month for starters a bit deeper in the sois off sukhumvit, shop house types.

BKK better to find students.

Hey, have you had many good interactions with the students? This interests me as I feel students are just as horny, though a little clearer.

What do you feel are the keys to this scene. I feel you got some experience in this area, I hope I'm guessing correct.

Here you go Mystery. Knock yourself out. But I have to tell you that $800 is a lot of fucking money in these parts. It will be hard to find something that costs that much. That is damn near half of my rent for the entire year.

Nice. Lots of selection on the link, I think it will be pretty easy now to select a place to stay. Would you recommend a place particularly? On $800 or less a month apartment including bills. Little quality little space.

Great link. Though if you have experience point in right direction. As you know some place you pay $30 & you get a palace. Another for the same rates $30 & you're in a nightmare =)

Lots of inexpensive guesthouses (500 to 1000+ baht a night) around Soi Buakhao, especially near the intersections with Soi Diana, Soi Leng Kee, Soi LK Metro, and Soi Chaiyapoom.

There are beer bars, go-go bars, massage shops, etc, all around this area. You can catch a "baht bus" to Walking Street for 10 baht, too. A motorcycle taxi will take you to Soi 6 for 40 baht.

I'm a regular at New Orleans restaurant which is right across from the Penthouse. I love the ribs there for 500 baht all you can eat (although I only get the half rack for 395 these days). I have a bunch of friends in town and we went there last night. All of a sudden the waitress comes over and says drinks are on the house. I thought it was because we come there so much. Then a guy comes over and says I'm Jeffrey they new owner. He was really cool, from Perth, Australia. He opened up the bar to us for the rest of the time we were there. He also went to get a liter of Jack, sat it in the middle of the table and said have at it. He made the staff bring us glasses of ice and cokes, although I take mine neat or with just ice. I've actually stayed in hotels where groups of indians stay also, and I agree that they are noisy. They like to bang doors, talk in the hallways, and play music loudly. Maybe this is just something they do when in groups?

I will admit that the Indians I have met have an odor. It is only because of the curry. They probably think I stink also. All of the other accusations about them I have not witnessed. They have always behaved well and are in fact pretty quiet from my observation.

Generalities are just that but EVERY Indian I've ever worked with (and there have been dozens over the years) could squeeze Lincolns face off of a penny. That is how 'frugal' they are in my opinion but that really has no effect on a hotel stay where the rates are established so to turn them away doesn't really make sense to me.

Hygiene differs from different cultures however and It seems that daily bathing (at a minimum) and a daily dose of deodorant is more of a western contrivance and not one the rest of the world has entirely embraced including Indians. As Thai ladies are very conscience of hygiene it is no secret why the chemistry between these two cultures is strained from a P4P perspective and I think its true of other non-western cultures, that act similarly, as well with respect to P4P.

This topic I remember a few years ago was discussed for some period. Personally I don't have too much of a problem with them except as indicated many of them in general do smell. I use to work with a guy that was Indian but raised in England and spoke with a English accent. I use to kid him that he was a Indian that thought his shit didn't smell but after a period of working with him on hot days in a close environment I nearly passed out but before I did I told him " a fellas you are killing me have you ever consider using deoderant " he told me and it wasn't the Curry! That it was against his religion." I told him you think your shit don't smell because you are from England but yet you can see no one is as nice as me to work with you! You notice everyone is outside looking in? I told him I would be glad to open one of these suitcases and get you some?"

I told him I'm serious because I have never smell anything so strong and if he don't consider it I'm going back to my old job and that is dumping shit from the aircrafts instead of working with you.
